I have been to many phone stores in my life, and i had not been to this location before. I had some very long and annoying times at other t mobiles, (i understand these things take some time) but here i was in and out within an hour. Jordan was the guy who helped me and he did a great job, from letting me know my options to actually going through with the process. Its not often i write a review, but i feel like i had to for how smooth everything went. 10/10 would reffer anyone to visit this store.

Jordan is amazing! He helped me out so much. Got me in and out! Helped me decide on what phone to get! Definitely better help than the McKnight store!

I recently wrote a review of t mobile which was hasty on my part but when under the deadline of a payment that was double what was expected I wanted the issue resolved. The employees here are great. The manager Brandi was very helpful. My wife dealt with 611 which gave us bad info. There is a bad disconnect between what 611 says and the store says. After meeting with Brandi she explained everything and put our mines at ease. We are happy t mobile customers again. Long story short version ( my wife and I got new phones with great promotion. Plans changes and added internet. Bill was supposed to go approx. 75 dollars. We received a bill from tmobile and to our surprise it doubled. Called 611 received bad info. Got upset wrote review. Met with Brandi and all is well. )

Brandy the store manager waited on myself this Friday. So knowledgeable and had me in and out with a new phone in no time. Easily by far the best experience I had at any phone store in the past. Highly recommended !!!!

Seth, DJ and Tom helped us find the most cost effective plan for us, and clearly explained optional products. When we came back the following day to purchase the new phone and transfer service from Verizon, Seth and DJ facilitated a smooth transfer and carefully transferred data from the 12 year old phone we had. We couldn’t be more grateful for such a positive experience! “Professional” and “patient” describe the staff at this store!

T-Mobile Wexford is amazing. I was having problems with my old phone. And I stopped at this location. Seth, DJ, and Frank could not have been more helpful. They spent alot of time with me and I felt very confident when I left the store that I understood everything about my new phone.

I switch to T-mobile about a year ago at the Wexford store I have had all wonderful experiences there they are all fantastic !!! DJ Seth Frank and Morgan I tell everyone to switch to t-mobile and I always say but make sure you go to the Wexford store because they are the best !! They are willing to meet all your needs and with a smile 😊

Nick and Travis were very knowledgeable, patient and ultimately secured a big monthly discount on our family’s phone plan. I walked into the store frustrated that my monthly bill wasn’t what I thought it needed to be. They made a call to Sprint on my behalf which was so helpful. I wouldn’t have had the knowledge to ask the right questions without their help! I highly recommend these guys!

Nick and Cameron were very nice and very helpful. My dad wants to switch from Consumer Cellular and they gave him all the information he needed. He will be switching soon. I went to help him since I use to sell cellphones and found out if I switch from Verizon. I can save 62 bucks a month. Great store as well. Very clean and welcoming. I definitely recommend.

Popped in with no clue how to get a SIM card for a friend n Frank was chill n informative. He helped me navigate through the information I had to come up with the best solution n fr, I had personally changed carriers due to poor customer experience at T-Mobile prior but after visiting this shop, I 100% reccomend anyone to pop by for a productive visit. :) Thx y'all, happy holidays!

Tom was super skillful and helpful! He indeed really knows how to do his job! I could give him 10 stars! He helped me get my number in just a couple of minutes, (my phone is configured in Spanish and he told me he doesn’t speak Spanish! Imagine that! He was very friendly too Thank you!

We are 2 seniors who were recovering from a very stressful experience with another carrier. Mike spent over an hour with us, advising us on a choice of phone, getting us set up and answering lots of questions. We are extremely happy with our new phones and know that if we have any problems, Mike will come to our assistance!

The employees at this store are wonderful! It was so much easier to go into the store, then deal with customer service. We switched from AT&T and working with these guys made the process seamless!
