The Edgewood Town Center store is top notch in terms of service. Friendly employees. & The Manager Tanae is exceptionally helpful. She deserves all this praise & more.
All the other Employees are great as well.
As long as this keeps up , Hibbets has & will remain my go to store for all footwear needs & more.
My only complaint is not with store , but how many times when i win Raffle that i have to go out of state to pick-up.
As a Business Owner myself I always consider my customers travel time , & cost of it.( family has been in Oriental Carpet Business for 134 years (1890-present.)
& As a VIP customer whom always confirms & picks up by noon. No matter what.
I’ve also noticed toughest releases i get left out sometimes.
Other than that I applaud your staff, the points system, selection of outfits to match the sneakers.
I appreciate if someone takes into consideration that I don’t mind going out of state , but i life 1/4 mile from Edgewood Towne center.
I recommend you to all of my friends & family as well.

Staff is polite and on point. They had the shoes I wanted to get my youngest daughter for this past Christmas. (Air Max's 270's) It's clean and well put together. I recommend this store should you be into the urban wear and nice shoes 😎

Hibbett was the only company able to help our softball locate helmets. Even though the store in Pittsburgh did not carry them their other stores did. Jimmy in pittsburgh (Braddock) store was helpful and went above and beyond. They gave a generous discount for a bulk order, shipping was free and all 27 helmets came in less than a week from stores all over the country. My UPS guy loved me.

i had done my research prior to going in but still ended up needed a lil help. the sales man was very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. he was patient and showed me different options and in the end i walked out with a great pair of shoes and the price is reasonable you get quality comfortable supportive shoes for your money
