Cochran INFINITI Monroeville

I was very happy with my purchase at #1 Cochran. The Saleswoman was very professional and eager to please the customer. The unique setup of the state of the art dealership surrounded by the other dealerships within the group, allowed my
vehicle to serviced quickly. Above all, it was an excellent deal .

Jerry Werner and his crew were great. I live in South Fayette and dread driving to Monroeville due to all the traffic. Jerry made the drive for service on my vehicle worth the trip.

Going forward, I plan to make the trip to Monroeville for all of vehicle services.

Jerry connected with his customer and I'm happy to say that Jerry has me interested in possibly trading in my 2019 QX80 for the 2025 QX80!!!!

As always, Cochran Infinity took the extra step to make sure I had a safe vehicle. When there for the annual sticker, they said rear brakes needed addressed within a short time frame. When I shared we have a planned trip, they replaced that day. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

Our Infiniti we purchased elsewhere used had developed a serious problem. The service team was great to help us and resolve. They were very responsive to our serious problem and time contraints. Super knowledgeable to diagosis the problem and then resolve quickly. No one tried to upsell us or suddenly discover other problems. You can tell when customer care is lip service or if the organization means it.

I have been taking my vehicles to Cochran Infiniti for over 7 years now for service and maintenance. They are always very helpful, pleasant and make reasonable recommendations. I usually wait while the work is being done. If there is ever a time when the wait is going to be extended rd beyond their control, they have provided a loaner to accommodate me.
