I have been doing hair 9 years and I’m learning a new color line. Today when I went in I felt more educated than I have with hour and hours online with education. My customer sales rep Lori M was beyond helpful. Hands down she gave me some of the best tips and knowledge in 15 minutes! Thanking her kindly it really meant a lot and was like a light bulb moment. She’s great and super friendly. Not only with customer service but has knowledge from being behind the chair. Ask for her!! You will not be disappointed. I may have to start coming here just for her. 💜

Friendly, and the customer services makes the extra drive worth it especially with Beth, she always is so personable and always adresses me by name. It's the small things that make me only patronize that specific store.

This is my absolute favorite Cosmo prof store. The staff is very friendly and is always able to help with any questions I may have on different products I want to try. The store is also very clean and very well organized which makes it easy to find what you're looking for.

Great customer service!! I had a defective product and the employee went above and beyond to replace my product hassle free! They really care about their customers.

DO NOT go to the other Cosmoprof store (rt22 near the mall). The girl beyond the counter wouldn't replace my item because it had been on sale when I bought it. Absolutely ridiculous. The employee at the other Cosmoprof said that is not the policy and she should have replaced - that the girl just didn't feel like it. That is not how a business is run. Shame on management for hiring workers like that...
