If I could give them 10 stars I would! Absolutely the best experience from start to finish. I had collision repair, dent repair, rust repair and entire vehicle painted, and it looks amazing! Great people and great work.

I was stranded 3 hours away from home and no one in the area would take the towing job, luckily Tim (one of your drivers) was in the area! He towed me all the back to Montgomery county in a timely fashion and he was very polite, I've never been stranded but Tim made this a positive experience for me and my family. PS - Steve you've got an amazing worker on your hands and I'm glad.

Tim towed two of my vehicles, one went all the way to Erie, but he was very polite and helpful throughout the entire process. He went out of his way to help accommodate me and get me estimates for the work I needed done. Tim did great at displaying their core company values and let me know I was valued. Very reliable company, I will not hesitate to do business with them again.

I moved to this area from MI 5 years ago, and Allegheny Customs was HIGHLY recommended to me for EVERYTHING for my car! So glad I listened! Quality car care! Shawn is my go-to person for advice and all car work. I can highly recommend this business!

I can't speak highly enough about Steve and his crew. They have worked on my car on several occasions and I can always trust them to take care of everything. Today I drove over a nail and pulled into the nearest place available because I wasn't sure how far I'd be able to drive. They told me the tire was unrepairable and they wanted to charge me $200 for a new tire. I knew Allegheny County Customs was less than a mile away so I asked for my car back and chanced driving there which was the best thing that I could have done. They had me fixed up in less than 5 minutes and barely asked for much money at all. Steve also said that he never would have charged me that much money for a new tire even if I had needed it. They are always friendly and reasonably priced and I never feel like I'm getting taken advantage of for being a girl. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. You won't be sorry.

I hit a deer and the tow truck driver (Tim, great guy) saw me stranded . He helped me out took my AAA card got my car towed( all within 45 mins).He even dropped me off at home. I highly recommend this business. I thank them for their kindness and quick service.

Shawn have been repairing all my vehicles for 15 years. I would not go anywhere else. They never upset anything. When Shawn says some thing is needed, I never question him. He has never steered me wrong.

When my car broke down over 100 miles from home, AAA sent Allegheny County Customs to tow it from Cranberry PA to Cleveland OH. It was as pleasant an experience as possible under the stressful circumstances.

Driver Tim arrived in a clean, new tow truck. Although Tim is a smoker, he respectfully did not smoke in the cab during the nearly 2-hour trip. He is an excellent, safe driver, observed proper speed limits, was friendly and polite. I must say I was very impressed with his accuracy in unloading my vehicle very precisely into the available spot at our destination. Excellent! Thanks, Tim!

I brought my 1st car there. Good price good condition honest and very friendly. And whoever does the body work is awesome brought a brand new car someone smashed me on the side door and i couldn't believe the work done. ..best car service ever😊😊😊😊

They take care of all of our fleet vehicles. I've even been here for my own personal vehicle, and I am very satisfied with their services. On a side note, they've done quite a few rebuild/restorations of some older vehicles.

Shawn is awesome - I had idling issues with some fumes...he immediately removed the throttle body cover and sorted the issue....he looked at the car, gave it the head to toe - as I was heading back to Toronto the next day,,,,5 minutes of his expertise gave us 3 days of comfort and confidence in the vehicle.....he was busy - had cars in the lot & one on the hoist....on a Sunday. Efficient, customer focused, and patient........made us feel really special.....our best experience visiting Pittsburgh for a few days...BTW - Pittsburgh is a very friendly place......

I have been seeing Shawn at ACC for the last 3 years. He serviced my older Impala, and was instrumental in the purchase of my current car, a 2014 Chrysler 200. He is honest, and hard-working and VERY reliable!! I moved to South Hills in 2014 and still come to see Shawn whenever something goes wrong. ACC is awesome!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Allegheny County Customs on Rodi Road. I stopped in there today to inquire about my broken driver's side mirror, hoping on the offchance someone could take a quick look and give me an estimate. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get me taken care of right away and saved me a huge expense. Their customer service always blows me away! I refer all my family and friends there and will be a customer for life.

This is one of the only places I found that will do rust repair. Other places all they do is collision work. I had a quarter panel wheel lip that was rusted which they cut out and replaced with a replacement panel I bought. Back half of car was painted and blended. Flawless repair!

I took my 69 chevelle to steve cause he is very good at classic cars my car was a frame off period correct restoration he got my car running great and finnished all the things that needed done im glad i k know a great guy like him that still works on classic cars its a lost art my hats off to him and his staff

Shawn at ACC is the absolute best. He’s fast and knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to get the job done when you need it. I bring my Landrover here anytime I need anything at all.
