Dr. Orsini is such a dear heart and wonderfully caring doctor. He takes his time making sure the patient understands the problem/s and cures that he can help with. In other words I left his often much more informed and was extremely satisfied with him. I took the medicine as instructed and after the month's appointment, I feel so much better. I never knew sinus infections could last so long but now it's gone and I will follow his instructions to keep cleansing my sinuses twice a day. Love this gentle doctor!

Excellent Job fixing my deviated septum!

I stopped in to get my nose looked at as I had "bonked" my nose more than a few times throughout life resulting in difficult breathing. Dr. Interval immediately determined I needed corrective surgery and set out a game plan.
It was a pleasure working with Danielle in the administration office as she is very detail oriented and kind. She helped determine with my insurance what my out of pocket costs will be i.e. my deductible. Unfortunately my insurance declined to cover one of the surgery's, but Dr. Interval did not hesitate to write up an appeal letter to them informing them the extent of the damage and why I needed it. It's either still pending or declined.

Three surgery's were performed on me by Dr. Interval; septoplasty, turbinate reduction, and a latera implant. These were performed at the Beaver Valley Ambulatory Surgery Center. The nurses there were very nice and very professional. Checking in, undergoing surgery, and checking out took just over three hours. Dr. Interval was so kind to come out and speak to my wife once the surgery was completed to inform her I was out of surgery and doing ok.
The payments for B.V.A.S.C. and the anesthesia/anesthesiologist were the most expensive of all the costs.
My follow up visit a week later Dr. Interval removed my stints and WHAT A RELIEF that I could breathe again. I was also informed that my insurance covered a bit more than anticipated and was issued a refund. It took several weeks to fully heal, and unfortunately being as clumsy as I am, I bonked my nose a few times resulting in a slight decrease in the fix, but even at 80% fix it feels 100x's better! Next time I'll opt for a broken nose guard.

Dr. McElwain got us in quickly for my sons ear tube procedure. After 4 months of painful ear infections (and no sleep), we really appreciated the quick turn around from initial appointment to surgery. She explained the procedure better than anyone else we talked to and made us feel comfortable putting our little guy under general anesthesia. I don’t think they’re technically associated, but everyone at the Beaver Valley surgery center was also really amazing! We had a great experience.

Dr Staltari could not have been better. From initial visit where he diagnosed me, to the actual FESS surgery. Completed and healed now for more than 2 months. I’ve never felt better, had dealt with a chronic sinus infection for roughly 6-7 years. Now, I am totally symptom free. Thank you again Dr Staltari!

In 2011 I was diagnosed with a lymphoma. I had a small lump on the side of my neck on a routine visit about my hearing I asked Dr McElwain her opinion on the lump as I had been told by 2 other Dr's that it was probably a harmless cyst. She actually did a examination then referred me to a Dr to get a biopsy and as they say the rest is history. Dr McElwain's experience,intuition and calm demeanor comes with every visit. She and the staff are just good

I have great trust in Dr. Froman. I’ve been with him for many years and through many procedures. He has always looked out for my best interest.

The receptionist was efficient and friendly. I did not have to wait long in the office before seeing the doctor, something that I really appreciated. Dr. Froman was friendly, explained everything about what he was doing. He talked to me & treated me with respect.

The Drs Office in Sewickley is the Best. Everyone treats me wonderful. Dr. Orisini is the greatest Dr. around. I am 28 years old and have been going to him since I was 3 years old. Absolutely love him.

I did not have to wait at all. Dr. McElwaine was clearly interested in finding the root of my issue and not just treating the symptoms. She listened to me and was thoughtful. I felt very well cared for.

Dr Staltari is an exemplary medical professional. In a world where medical treatment and professionals can be very underwhelming, Dr. S is an all star and I would highly recommend to anyone in need of allergy related services.

Good folks to work with. Sometimes you may have to wait a little longer than usual and other times you are in and out quick, no reason to get exited over it and just take it for what it is. At the end of the day they've always taken care of me and I've been with them for over 5 years.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about all of the staff! They are all so nice. They go above and beyond for care. no matter what time it is if you are having a issue they call you right back!

She asked good questions, LISTENED to my answers, very much no non-sense personality, and seemed very competent.
