Lexus of North Hills

This is our third Lexus from North Hills Lexus. Cam, Darlene, Shane and Alex took great care of my husband and me in the purchase of his GS 350. It wasn’t a purchase we were prepared to make after he flipped his Lexus ES 350. They ensured we were well taken care of, ensured we got the best rate, and put us in a car they would be proud driving as well. We will keep purchasing cars with Lexus of North Hills.

Jennifer Shultz and the entire staff were so patient and absolutely amazing. Each step was seamless and easy to follow. They were honest and true and so very informative and helpful.

Great experience with Bob! No pushing. Knowledgeable guy, just the right amount of involvement. Quickly narrowed down our search and got the vehicle over. Highly recommend him and the establishment based on my first purchase. I will follow up my long term experience some time later.

Absolutely amazing experience time after time at the north hill’s location! I want to also give a special thanks to my sales associate Ian, his attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to find me the perfect SUV was unmatched. I purchased my Lexus and can’t say enough about my experience. Louie was my salesperson and made sure he explained everything and did not pressure me. Spent the afternoon meeting each person involved in the sale of my car. When I picked up my car all details were handled for me. I appreciated Shane taking the time to go over all the technology that I was unfamiliar with. I love my Lexus and would recommend North Hills Lexus. Thank you North Hills Lexus for everything!

Oh my gosh you guys I just can't with the whole team at Wexford Lexus! They are amazing!!! Long story but I needed help in the evening and both Kim and Darlene stayed working well past 8:00 and got me taken care of. I was so extra and they certainly went the extra mile and helped me to get settled and safe. It was amazing! Thank you to the whole team but especially Darlene and Kim. They are amazing!!!! I have never been met with such care before. Obviously you pay for it. However, it’s worth it.
I’m not the kind of person to spend money on a whim. After so many unreliable vehicles, my husband and I did research and decided on a Lexus over Toyota after test driving. We were torn between going through this dealership and buying used elsewhere and I am so glad to have bought from Lexus of North Hills. Ian Jordan was a lovely salesman to work with. Jacelyn was also very helpful and comped our lunch while we waited an extreme amount of time. If you’re going to be inconvenienced in any way, Lexus will think of a way to make it up to you in a better way than you would have imagined. Jen was very thorough in explaining warranties and packages and was never pushy, yet helpful. I don’t know, for as long as I’ll be able to afford it, I’ll probably always choose Lexus. They think of everything, there is even a play center for kids to play if you have to wait for anything. It’s great, I highly recommend it.

Had an amazing experience from start to finish. I called around to both Lexus dealerships and from my initial call with Louis I felt comfortable and at ease. I never felt like Louis was being pushy - he was patient and answered all my questions. He was the only reason I went through with my trade in/upgrade that day. Larry and Shane were also both incredible and explained everything I needed to know before leaving with my new car. All around great experience and I would highly recommend working with anyone mentioned!

My family just purchased our second Lexus from Lexus of North Hills. We had an amazing experience both times. Most recently, Bob Schmella the Sales Consultant, was great to work with. He is so kind, patient and knowledgeable. Jen in finance was amazing as well. She is very knowledgeable and helped me look at several different options. Jacelyn, the Manager, and Shane, the Technology Specialist, both helped me tremendously. But the main reason we chose to purchase our second vehicle here is because of the service experience we have had over the past six years. Dalton, our personal service provider, is extremely professional. His customer service is exceptional. Rick, who also works in service, is such a delight and wonderful person to speak to every time we bring our car in. We have had very few items that have even gone wrong in the car, we only see them for routine maintenance. Without these two gentlemen, we might have considered a different brand. I highly recommend Lexus of North Hills and all the people that mentioned above. Thank you! You have a customer for life!

Lexus of North Hills is always top a top service experience whether for sales or service. Timely service, loaner vehicles available, car washed and complimentary drinks if you decide to wait. The staff is always courteous, friendly and professional! Highly recommend this dealership and Lexus.

I recently bought a used Lexus and was only given one key fob from the dealership where I bought the car. I called Lexus North Hills and they were able to get me a key fob that same day and programmed it to my car. I was treated with kindness and respect even though I did not buy my car at their dealership. I will definitely visit them when I am ready to buy new.

I have been a customer for 18 years. They have consistently delivered excellent service, kept our cars in top shape and our family safe. Kudos to Lexus of North Hills!

This Lexus Dealership is a 5 star experience. I came to make an appointment for a check engine indicator and they did the unexpected…..they took care of me while I was there. Great snacks, great people, and great service. I highly recommend North Hills Lexus. I travelled all the way from McKeesport because I bought my Beautiful car from them and I refuse to gave another dealerships touch my car. I give deep rooted thanks to the Customer Service team.0

This dealership really knows how to treat its customers! I usually have to schedule my appointments out about 2 weeks or so because they are always booked up. I completely understand why this is, Lexus of North Hills makes you feel valued from the moment you walk in their dealership, my experience with the sales and service team over the past few years can't be matched.

UPDATE 11/13/23
Yesterday I stopped in to test drive a 2024 Lexus Rx 500h F Sport to replace a 2022 NX 350 F Sport that was totalled in an accident on 11/8/23. I was introduced to sales person Sam Kamra, he took me out to look at the car I spoke of which I understand is a rather expensive vehicle, I asked to drive the vehicle, he said he would go grab the keys, once he returned he told me that I could not drive the vehicle since I was not ready to purchase the vehicle today. Based on the price of the vehicle he did not want me to put miles on it, this statement left a bad taste in my mouth, especially since I am not a tire kicker and my last Lexus was purchased here less than 2 years ago. Thanks to the rapport I have with Jacelynn Bussell, Scott Graham as well as others in the sales and service staff I will be back to purchase my next Lexus which will be the Rx 500h F Sport but I can assure you it will not be from Sam Kamra!!!

Sidenote: My Lexus did its job in keeping me safe. As you can see by the pictures, the car sustained severe damage however I walked away without a scratch. The accident was nearly a direct head on collision. WAY TO GO LEXUS!!!

Great experience. We ordered a car, waited for months, then the car arrived. We came to the dealership, the car was ready to go and we sat down to learn how to operate the controls. So far, so good. Everyone there is determined to make the customer happy.

Awesome experience! There was absolutely no pressure involved when we visited the dealership. Every employee with whom we dealt was very polite and knowledgeable. The best vehicle buying experience that we have ever had!

Everyone we dealt with makes one want to come back if needing to up grade. Our salesperson, Cam, was exceptional. along with Sal, the GM. Larry the business manager was very patient with us and explained everything in detail. We will need to spend more time with Shane in the technical area as it was getting late and we had a long drive. home. As with the other personnel mentioned, Shane was courteous and patient with what we were able to cover. We will set up another appointment with him in the near future. Based on our initial experience, we would highly recommend Lexus of North Hills.

I bought my first Lexus in 1995. I love Lexus and the service I receive at North Hill Lexus. They accommodated my need to bring my vehicle in the night before and receive a loaner vehicle. The next day they called late morning and told me they had completed my inspection and oil change. Great service!!!!

We just recently purchased our dream car from this dealership. Both Louis and Shane were awesome, very knowledgeable, and great communicators. The inside of the dealership is beautiful, clean, and has a luxurious feel which made this car buying experience all the better. Has a great little area for kids.

My recent experience with Lexus of North Hills was handled professionally and efficiently. Likely one of my best buying experiences over the last 40 years. 5 stars to Cam and his group.
