Ron Lewis service folks were very friendly not only on the phone but also when dropping and picking up my truck. They offer your vehicle a wash after service and follow up with a call to make sure the service that was completed is satisfactory and my truck was fixed and working properly. Not many businesses follow up and care about the work they completed or care about their customers the way Ron Lewis does. Others businesses need to learn from Ron Lewis on how to conduct business. Absolutely the most attentive Service Department I have ever dealt with! I was on a trip to the area and they fit me in when I experienced a headlight issue. Resolved … and Sky (sp) was amazing!!!

My wife and I experienced a steering wheel/ suspension problem (wobble) while traveling from our home in New Smyrna Beach Florida to Pittsburgh which was horrifying due to the snow and ice road conditions. We contacted Joby Glessner Monday evening after work hours and he helped by putting me in touch with Brandon, the Service Manager at Ron Lewis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Cranberry. Brandon contacted me Tuesday morning and explained the problem to me in person and gave me a solution that was covered by our warranty. I was able to pick up our Gladiator in the afternoon and keep our travel plans to return to our home in Florida Wednesday. When we picked up our Jeep, Brandon was there to greet us and we were taken back that in addition to being repairs, the vehicle was washed inside and out! It was incredibly filthy from the road salt etc and it was a peaceful trip back to Florida. I cannot that Joby, Brandon and their Team for providing my wife and I the best service that one can get from dealership. It is a great reflection on my friend Ron Lewis and the outstanding dealerships he has built. That you all so much.

We always feel welcome at Ron Lewis! The customer service is great whether we are purchasing a vehicle or having a service done. It’s easy to get an appointment and service is quick and reasonably priced. We love dealing with this dealership!

All Great Experiences thus far with this Dealership. All the staff we interacted with were helpful and courteous. I was able to book my routine service appointment on my vehicle’s app which is a big plus for me. The vehicle drop off was simple, the service was performed in a timely manner and the staff kept me updated.

I made a call this morning to the service dept because my fob was not working. I spoke with Brandon. He was so helpful and professional. He walked me through what I could do to make it work. AND IT DID. Ron Lewis is fortunate to have Brandon on the team in Cranberry.

Christy was awesome to deal with, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend working with her on any vehicle purchase. The lot had a good variety of vehicles I was interested in as well which is why I traveled almost an hour, bypassing closer dealers. The entire staff was easy to work with and helpful.

Van now runs great. I was kept informed on the status of the repairs through text and phone calls. Then afterwards I received a couple of calls to see if Van had any problems.

Issue with car and I initially took it to the dealer where we purchased (when it was still in warranty). Of course that place couldn’t fix it so now out of warranty I took it to Ron Lewis of cranberry as I’ve dealt with them in the past. Great job all around from service to communication and amenities.

My wife and I had just started our vacation from Ontario, Canada to Key West Florida when unfortunately, our car broke down on the I-79S highway right by the Grove City, PA off-ramp. Ultimately we had to get it towed to a dealership and it was our good fortune that it turned out to be Ron Lewis Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Cranberry Twsp, PA.
Brandon, one of the service advisors, was more than willing to help us out. He was very accommodating to an out of state vehicle. He kept in constant touch with us (we rented a car and continued our vacation) to update us on what was happening with the vehicle. He was able to arrange to get the part that was needed from another dealership, got the vehicle repaired and it was ready when we got back.
If I lived in the area this would be the dealership I would most definitely go to.

Excellent service when we broke down passing through Cranberry Township. Kate Horne was professional and communicative and her team got our vehicle diagnosed and repaired quickly. We wish we lived in town and could service our Chrysler here!

We worked with Leeia Rohrman when helping my father purchase his new truck. Leeia was nice, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. She was even willing to come on on her day off when we had to unexpectedly reschedule. She was able to help us find any answer we had as first time buyers of a diesel truck. The service department was incredibly honest about the maintenance involved with owning a Cummins and how to take care of it. We never felt pressured into buying our truck. Overall, everyone I interacted with was honest and professional. I would recommend Leeia and Ron Lewis to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.
