I often stop in before work for taco taquitos, and on rare occasion they don't have any ready- as they are a busy location in the morning.
Today one of the ladies saw me come in and made me a couple up real quick. Thank you!
It's often the little extra things that people do than can set the mood for your day, and I just want to appreciate the staff at 7 eleven.
All of the staff I've encountered in the morning have been really awesome, friendly people.

I show up shortly after 5 in the morning for my $1 coffee and sometimes a snack or two for the day. The guy who is always there is awesome. Very friendly and helpful. I enjoy my few minutes in there ever other morning. The store is also very clean and organized. The coffee is always fresh a and the hot foods are also tasty and fresh. I can't say one negative thing about this place. The rewards app is also a nice thing to have. Not as good as Sheetz but still I get some free stuff once in a blue moon. I will continue to stop there on my way to work. Keep up the good work and give that man a raise!

I went inside to use the bathroom and ask for a pump receipt from the clerk. The clerk gave me the receipt without being friendly. He said nothing to me, not even “you’re welcome” when I thanked him for the receipt. When I tried to use the bathroom, there was no available public bathroom, which is unacceptable for a gas station.

I'm an Uber driver! Today I came to this store as usual! I took my cup and got some hot water! When I went to the counter to sell packs of cigarettes, the male cashier asked me what was in the cup and I told him it was hot water! Later on Just for hot water, I almost got stabbed by this male cashier! This store is so scary I

I guess they have new ownership. They absolutely have new customer service reps who are awful. They are rude, always on their phone, often aren't at the counter when it's time to check out, overcharge on the regular basis (make sure and check your receipt!!) and the prices have gone up so much. My co-workers and I used to go over there on a regular basis, but now the trips are few and far between. So sad to see it go down hill as fast as it did.

Dirty and always out of things. Bought a Starbucks pineapple flavored coconut milk drink and it was expired! I should've checked!

Today I went in and there was a man without a mask talking with the cashier for a few minutes. When I asked the girl why he did not have a mask on when the sign on the door says that all must wear masks her response was .....”that’s his first amendment right...I can’t make him vote just like I can’t make him wear a mask.” So my first thought after I left was this is our community and we are doing everything we can to keep the numbers down and to keep each other safe!!! If 7-eleven wants my business again then they need to be accountable for what they are allowing in their store!!! This is a serious matter and needs to be taken that way! I understand that wearing a mask is not the easiest to do for some....but let’s all remember we are in this together!!!!

My wife needed change for the air machine to put in her tires. She bought a couple items and attempted to get cash back. An option for "other" is on the pin pad. She chose that and put in 1.50. The cashier initially refused to give it to her, even though her receipt shows she was charged the 1.50. After demanding her money, the cashier attempted to throw her out. Eventually, the cashier gave her the money. Being my wife was distraught, and I being a former cop, I decided to confirm my wife's account. I went to the store and bought 2 cokes and put 1.50 in the pin pad for cash back. I informed the cashier of the cash back amount and she said she can't do that. She then took my receipt and refused to give it to me. I attempted to grab it off of her. She then accused me of lunging over the counter and accused me assault. I proceeded to look up the number for non-emergency police services. During this she called her manager, she stated I refused to leave the store, which is true, she has my money after all. The manager told her to call 911. I advised the non emergency number was better, but she called 911 anyway. She then told 911 I was threatening and lunged at her, I stated I was waiting outside, to which she replied "you leaving now?" Umm, no you have my money. The police came, confirmed they owe me 1.50, offered to review video of her "lunged" at allegations (she declined, imagine that,) and gave me a different receipt saying they owe me 1.50. I did not get my money, nor my original receipt. In short, do not go here until the replace the staff, I didn't get a name, she refused to provide that too. I'll be contacting corporate with paper evidence of their theft and a police report if necessary.

It's 6:48 pm and the doors are closed. No employees to see.in sight. Has stations full of patrons, people knocking on doors and no one in sight. How is this possible. 7 eleven you can do better. We expect better from you.

I got two bags of Hippeas. When I started eating them, they tasted weird. They expired 11/18/19. Over six months old!!

Pumps are always out of service. I rarely go there but the two random times I went all of the gas pumps were down.
