My husband and I had a wonderful experience buying a car from here. Ernie was our salesman, and he made the entire car buying process easy and enjoyable. He took the time to walk us through everything in a way that was easy to digest without being at all condescending. He was very personable and was more than willing to answer any and all questions we had. If we ever need to purchase a car again, we would definitely come back and ask for him.

I like the service department here. The people at the desk are good listeners and pay attention to detail. The work is done in a timely manner and the waiting room feels nice, not at all like auto repair purgatory.

the experience was long because of my driving record and financial situation, but the dude who worked there Ryan helped me get financed and even held the car until i got insured. Very great customer service, very friendly, very clean, and would definitely buy another car there again if need be.

I did extensive research, test driving possibly 15 used cars in total. Nearly half of those that were valued at great prices and rated well for reliability were here. Looking at financing and details for the car are organized well in the website.
Joe Birmingham was amazing to work with and was really great with getting me the additional info I wanted on the cars and getting me behind the wheel of ones I was considering. Definitely one of the best salesmen I talked with in my car search. I did not end up buying from here so I cannot review the whole experience but anyone interested in buying a car I would recommend looking here first and talking to Joe.

We had a really great experience getting our new Outback. Our sales team was very accommodating, we had to reschedule our pickup because of weather. Matt was great! All our questions were answered, truly a smooth and painless experience!

Great place to get service for your Subaru. I trust them with my vehicle and feel confident when I drive home again. I also like that I can quickly and easily schedule appointments online and that no appointment is necessary for an oil change.

I made my appointment online.for an oil change, etc. When I arrived they had everything ready to go. The service representative Neal couldn’t have been more helpful.
While there I asked if they could install mudflats on my car? They did without any fuss.
The facilities are very comfortable while wait On the the car.

They were easy to work with. Straight forward. Helpful and sincere. Price and value were my top priorities. I viewed over 100 vehicles in the area online. I felt great buying here as it became clear it was my best option.

I bought a 2014 Ford Focus here. While test driving the car everything ran as it should. The day I brought the car home it started to shutter. I was not going to call the dealership about it as the car was sold as is, no warranty. My mechanic said to call, it’s worth a shot. This dealership not only fixed the problem by sending it to Ford for the repair, they gave me a rental free of charge! Big shout out to Mark from service, he was wonderful and so was everyone else. This dealership didn’t have to do this. Mark said, we had to make it right, you just bought this car. Thank you Subaru of Moon Township!
