We parked here overnight with our Trailer/RV to catch some sleep on our way back to Canada. There is a sign in the closer lot saying no overnight trucks, but we avoided that area. Did not have issues, also did some shopping, was a great quiet spot to sleep and the super big bonus is a Starbucks in the parking lot that opens at 5:30am!

Wonderful experience & so helpful today with a fridge & microwave purchase from Matt.
And to Grace & Ginger who helped me with a Christmas tree I wanted for my store fronts.
I am not typically a Lowe’s shopper but randomly went in to look at just trees and because of the courtesy given to being helpful I ended up leaving with a few big items.
Best customer service in a long time 😊

I met 3 very helpful, friendly employees at this store on 11/28/23. Chuck was in the Christmas section, another young man (I didn't see his name tag) in the lightbulb aisle, and another young man at the self - checkout who offered to help. In this current era of reduced staffing, it was so encouraging and time-saving for me.

Kudos to outstanding employee..Rick Ward!! He went way out of his way to assist me this evening! Puts customers first 100% Great shopping visit.

George in the door department was so helpful in finding exactly what we needed. We kept getting quotes that were super high and did not make sense based on what we wanted. He took the time to price out multiple options and going us a great deal. I really appreciate the time and effort. Excellent service!!!

We were greeted by an extremely helpful employee. He called over someone with knowledge of the product we were looking for. What great service!

We were blown away by the kindness, knowledge and assistance that Matt- sales manager in the appliance section gave us. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our new dishwasher by walking around with us and even took out a model dishwasher to show us where hookups were located for installation. He was wonderful and definitely an asset to the Cranberry Township PA store!

Lowe’s is awesome! So many things to buy there it’s insane! Every time I go to that store I end up spending too much time there bc there are so many kool things to check out. But as far as buying basic hardware tools or supplies, they’ll have pretty much everything you’d want or need.
They also sell paint and painting supplies. Since I am a painter and own a painting company. I do go there a lot for that specific reason. The prices are good, the people are friendly and very helpful, and they always have what I’m looking for.
The only thing I wish they did sell more of would be car related equipment and parts. That part of the store is limited. I believe they do have some stuff for cars, such as oil and windshield washer fluid. But if you need any actual car parts you will not find them there.
Other than that, they have everything else you could ever want or need for home projects or if you are a contractor or painter or any type of professional. You are sure to find what you need and not have to pay an arm and a leg for it. 👍🏻👍🏻 Two thumbs up!!

I recently ordered a refrigerator from Lowe's neighborhood "competitor" and had a horrible experience with customer service and delivery that needed to be rescheduled 4 times. Ten days from purchase date, I canceled that order and re-ordered on-line at Lowe's and had my fridge delivered in 2 days in the time window requested and with no delivery fee. Great experience! Will go straight to Lowe's next time for an appliance purchase.

Always have what I need , Mark one of the floor employees was super helpful , saw I needed help and created me quickly . Most places like Lowe’s I go 10-20 minutes without being asked if I needed help . I was asked less than 1 minute in the store and when I needed help Mark knew the answer , felt like he knew what he was talking about which made me feel confident in my purchase .

The quality and variety of indoor plants has gotten so much better and that makes for an extremely happy wife so thanks for that! I do enjoy this store. I've only ever had one issue I think with checkout lines being long but it's improved a lot.

Absolutely great service from Joey and Tony at the wood cutting station. They even helped load my order back onto my flat cart.

I had a issue with a bathroom in my house. I had company coming the next day and needed to get it fixed asap. I went to the Monaca Lowes at 8pm, I figured because of the late hour I might have a tough time finding help with my issue, I was wrong! Eric from appliances helped me find the right parts and was helpful and courteous. It was a frustrating night for me but Eric was the highlight of the day. Thank you!

I just wanted to thank Gregory Powell, Kitchen Project Specialist, at the Cranberry location for all his assistance in designing our new kitchen. He provided valuable insight into the layout, available products and possible construction concerns. His professionalism and ability to walk us through each step in the process was amazing. It was fine, but only a few bargains.

My husband and I were looking for a fridge and we’ve spent a week looking. We’ve been to several places. Some weren’t attentive at all and some were way too overbearing. I’ve found that this lowes had the most knowledgeable, respectful staff. Specifically Tom and Blake from the appliance section and Cynder at checkout. They really made the process smooth and they were as helpful as we wanted them to be. We will be back to purchase the rest of our kitchen appliances.. and maybe more.

I use this Lowes as my garden supply store. They are conveniently located for me and the products are high quality and service is good.
