Armstrong Comfort Solutions

I had a water pipe leaking because of some pinholes and Armstrong Comfort Solutions was able to send a team the same afternoon after I had used their online form early in the morning. The two guys they sent were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fast. They fixed my two problems in a short amount of time. The cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again. Two of my friends had recommended them.

I was very impressed with how prompt they were two days in a row when they said they were going to be there when they said they were going to call. They were there and they called very friendly very courteous and very clean. Did a wonderful job I would highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the service we received from Mike K. today. He performed the annual routine inspection and servicing of our central air. It was a miserable weather day, with an all-day cold rain, but Mike toughed it out while checking the outdoor unit. Bad enough to get rained on, but to have to run cold water out of the garden hose, too, while doing that work -- he earned his keep. I was most impressed by Mike's going above and beyond the call of duty by fighting to change the air filter for us. It's very hard to get the old one out, given how the whole unit is set up. He tugged and pulled for quite a while, so that it came out in pieces. I've had the same experience when doing it myself. But he didn't stop there; he re-shaped or re-positioned some of the sheet metal to make the opening more accessible. He showed me how to insert and remove the filter in such a way as to make it much easier in the future. I felt this was not something he had to do for me, so I appreciate it even more. Mike is a good guy and did a great job.

Ross came and looked at the job and told us what we needed. Tom came and did the work on Friday. Both men were polite, professional, patient and hardworking. They answered questions and explained everything. Very pleased with the job done and cost.

Armstrong was great. They came out quickly for what turned out to be a minor but concerning issue. The technician was friendly and professional and communication was great. Will definitely be using again for our plumbing jobs big and small.

Our technician Tom D was amazing! He was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and kind! He fixed our problem quickly and with ease. He was amazing with our 2 little boys, as they wanted to help fix the faucet also. He let them “help” him, talked with them, and fist bumped with them. We were so impressed with him and the wonderful job he did!

Highly knowledgeable, very professional, extremely polite, and super efficient! I was pretty bummed about finding my water heater leaking this morning, but I definitely chose the right company! From the initial phone call with the office, to the updates on arrival time, to the actual service call- it was all impressive. Not only did the plumber examine everything I needed done, but he thoroughly explained my options before beginning. He worked diligently the entire time he was here and wrapped the whole project up very neatly. And the price never wavered from start to finish. Brandon was great. The leak source was challenging but he was eventually able to locate the pinhole in the pipe (spraying onto a furnace duct that then leaked into the duct through a joint) and able to repair the leak.

I was greeting early Saturday morning by drains that had turned into volcanos. Gross, black water pools formed. Contacted Armstrong. Now the first intake person, John, took my info but could not commit to if it would be same day service. I was disappointed because this was an emergency. I received a text saying I was on schedule, but no eta. I waited 2 hours then called again. The customer service rep, Lauren, was amazing! She contacted the tech and was able to tell me he will arrive in about 3 hours as he had other stops. Tom showed up, and was simply wonderful. Knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Fixed my clog!! Then Tom asked if there was anything else, and actually a toilet was acting up for some time, and he took a oook and voila! Fixed my concerns! Lauren, Tom…Thank you!

The installers Eric,Darren, and the rest of the crew were very professional, new what they were doing very clean job, very friendly, they had a lot of work to do and finished everything in 2 days I would recommend this crew for everyone.

Our main seeer line was backed up. I called and within 2 hours rich was out to my house and had the sewer line cleaned out and unstuck in under an hour. Rich cleaned up everything very well and walked me through everything to look out for in the future. I am very happy with his work.

Rich K is a treasure! He went above and beyond to fix my problems, did so with very little mess, a sweet disposition and a sense of humor. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and made me feel secure that he was doing a great job. I would request him for any future jobs!!

Mike was great! Suggestion- I communicated the system needed wiring in my text back to Armstrong but that was not communicated to the tech so he did not have the parts. Seems it would save time to have passed that along.

Chase came to install a new water heater for us, as our old one was going bad. He was quick in the install, helpful in explaining preventative maintenance, left the area as clean as it was before, and even when a part of the new water heater was malfunctioning out of the box, he replaced it with a backup part he had. Armstrong did a great job in getting me help fast and Chase did an amazing job with our install.

Our bathroom was flooding into our garage after a certain plumbing company came 3 times and claimed they fixed the problem. I got fed up with that company and hired Armstrong. They came out asap and were very professional and helpful. They saved our bathroom and fixed the problem. Now we have zero leaks! Thank you so much, Armstrong! We will be recommending you to all of our family and friends. They saved us $20k in damage.

Earl M and his group of hard working and dedicated associates took care of our drain problem and did a top quality repair job for us. From covering our furniture and preventing dust movement to neat cement finishing when done, and cleaning up neatly every day, they were very professional. We’re happy we called Armstrong Custom Solutions.

What a great experience, from the initial call to completion! Rory was so easy to deal with, explained quickly what needed done and was incredibly very easy going as he made repairs.

Scott was amazing very explanative and knowledgeable about the furnace. From the little explanation I was able too give him about the issue I was having he was able to figure out the problem and grabbed the part needed from his shop before coming out on a Sunday . The whole experience from the customer service too him was great and very forward about the cost. I called around 8am and by 1030am Scott was out and had my furnace back up and running.

Brandon was amazing! He made sure I knew everything he was doing and walked me through the process. When he was done putting in a new valve he showed me the work and did a final talk through of everything. He was knowledgeable and informative and has great customer service!
