Been looking forward to coming here since they opened. The egg, cheese and pesto sandwich was done frittata style on whole wheat bread.

The Cortado was delicious. The espresso's not too acidic too. I would come here again and again if I had books and finals.

Staff's kind and friendly.

Best coffee shop in Pittsburgh. Nothing is better than running late to work and saying F-that I'm going to get a coffee anyway. Stick it to the man by coming to work with a common place coffee in your hand

Currently my favorite Commonplace location in Pittsburgh. Coffee is amazing (I have a soft spot for their natural processed beans from Ethiopia, fruity flavors really prominent), love their tea supplier (licorice & peppermint surprisingly became a favorite), one of the few cafes that weigh their shots and have an espresso recipe they check throughout the day, baristas are kind, and they make great microfoam for their hot milk drinks. The atmosphere at this location is nice, and it has a regular flow of customers but isn't overly packed like the Squirrel Hill location. They just do everything right.

Very relaxed atmosphere. The person on bar/cash was very pleasant and competent. Cool hair and cute shirt :) ordered a dirty chai, hot coffee, and breakfast burritos. Everything was delicious. The couches are cute *and* comfy.

Great cup of joe and appreciate the food selection. I was able to get a seat quickly near a wall outlet - always optimal. Big, open and airy. If you're meeting more than one person for a mid-day coffee, the space here will accommodate.

Commonplace always has great vibes, and I’m happy there’s still one I can bike to with the Reynolds street one relocated here. Excellent coffee and the cookies are big and delicious! Lots of space to hang out and work or chat at this location too, so it’s a great place to meet people.
