This store is clean, well stocked and lit. They make shopping items easy. Nice produce and refrigerator/freezer selections. Sale prices are clearly marked. And you can find a large amount of items in bulk. I was impressed!

The best Indian Foods store in Allegheny County, outside of Rajbhog Indian Market and Cafe in Cranberry.

Posted a few photos of some locally bought foodstuffs. I go here when I get in a mood to cook sometimes.

The moong daal and bhadran moong snacks are fried, salted lentils. If you're craving something slightly healthier than fries, these aren't a bad option. (I would of course check the oil used to make sure it suits you - don't worry, I took pics).

If you want a fried option, try the Swad brand Dal Muth.

Sesame Chikki is a brittle candy. Sesame seeds and sugar. Someone I know likes this stuff, and it's hard enough to make you want to visit your dentist.

PG Tips is excellent. Tea. If you like a strong cup, 2 bags in a regular cup, 4 mins, covered. Milk and sugar to taste.

Chapatis - these are a healthier option than the mission tortillas you get at sam's club and are made fresh, everyday.

Their Yoghurt's all natural with no added sugar.

The cilantro 🌿 is fresh.
The dill is fresh. Try it in a lentil pulse for extra flavor.
They've got iodized salt for $1.29

If you want something sugary, try the Rose 🌹 Lassi. ~36g. Made with Yoghurt, Milk and Rose Water.

Tofu - not half bad.

Clean store can be seen with how nice the restroom was . See below the variety of choice in vegetable's, frozen options and must check out the kitchen. Tried the Madras coffee and it was bang for the money !! Just 1 dollar . Yes you get value here compared to other grocery stores so must visit for your indian grocery needs.

A very good place for fresh vegetables. Though they should take care of the price. But still it's good to have a nice shop like this in the neighborhood.

I only recently found out about this grocery. It is a smaller version of a huge Indian grocery store located in Chicago. I was pleasantly surprised to find a wide range of fresh fruits and vegetables here. I was even more excited since it has many of the fresh goods that I find in the Caribbean including coconuts! The prices are alright, can't complain honestly. Apart from the fresh produce, this grocery has the largest collection of Indian good that I've found in the Pittsburgh area including spices, drinks, frozen foods and puja materials.

They have a great selection of produce that isn't available other places locally and their prices on spices can't be beat.

Great place for Indian groceries. Wish we had something so good in a small town where we were living. The parking is great and the plaza is not too crowded.

Oh man...awesome place to shop. They have everything. Not used to paying $5 for paneer but hey... want it, need it, love it and it cost the same to make it myself. Bought some Samosa and the smiling lady was so sweet. Will DEF go again.

This is the first time we tried patel store at Monroeville. The shop qnd the restroom are very clean, tidy and organized. We tried the house made samosa and stuffed kachori which were really good. They have great collection of vegetables, spices and other food items. Also they have features chai at 1 dollar which us worth trying.

This is an amazing shop for everything you need to make Indian dishes at home. If you're not up to cooking, their selection of frozen Indian cuisine is the best.

Best indian grocer in greater Pittsburgh region. Plenty of fresh produce, in store made fresh rotis and competitively priced. Store is clean, nearly organized, can get busy during weekends.

This is the biggest Indian store you will find in Pittsburgh. They have a huge collection of Indian brand masalas and vegetables. Good spot to try out Indian chat items. Would repeat...

The only indian store where you can get all kinds of stuff. Also you get snacks such as samosa,vada pav prepared freshly inside their bakery.

If you're not from the area you're looking for a certain type of suspice for certain dishes, this is a good option. Stores very clean. I just wish that they carried some Caribbean seasonings as well by grace.

Best and most extensive Indian grocery in the burgh. Very clean and organized, everything is fresh. We travel from the south hills to get things here.

Big Patel Store.......clean with lot to shop...,........They make fresh rotis and Indian fast foods within the store so thats really good 😊👍

First time there. Staff was very helpful. Good selection of fresh produce. Their spice aisle was wow! Staff assistance was great helping me find what I needed. I'm glad I found this place! Will be back.

Still my haunt for all my spice craving needs!
