Half Price Books

Very chill environment and people are nice. Things are organized and somewhat easy to find but keep in mind they have literally thousands of books. Went for some books for my 3 yr old to read on her own and found a good size kids section and found some decently priced ones. Most expensive was a bundle for 15 but that's 6. Overall prices are decent, it's clean and you have space and time to look. Will head back there soon.

Staff is very polite and personable. The store is large, clean, and organized. I never have any issues with this location. The staff is quick to help and make amazing suggestions.

I enjoy purchasing books, but the prices they pay for them versus what they sell them for gives me Goodwill vibes.

You never know what you are going to find. Anything from books, puzzles, note books, games, video games, and more. Staff is always very helpful and kind. The store is clean and well organized. Very good prices throughout.

Staff is always friendly and eager to help you whenever needed! This particular store has a great selection but sometimes the prices are full retail or higher. Overall, a great place to find what you want without using online retailers.

Amazing store with quality used books. I was able to find the 4 books I was looking for to complete a series.

It seems like they've reorganized their shelving system a little since I was last there. I appreciated it because this made books easier to find. I also appreciated that they were well staffed and currently stocking the shelves. They were also regularly announcing names for people that were selling books; they seemed quick and efficient. The check out line was short as well.
01/14/2024 Nothing new to report. I wasn't able to find the books I was looking for, but my cousin found a handful. So overall a fruitful trip bc I genuinely like visiting bookstores.

Man, we came in today looking for a birthday gift for my husband, and my toddler was acting a straight fool. Not only did *none* of the employees say anything to me about it, but they also didn't give dirty looks or make me feel feel unwelcome or judge me when I decided to leave without buying anything, due to my child's behavior.
I will say we've been here many times, and this is one of the only times we've ever left without buying something. We've always had good service, friendly employees, and the prices are really good, too. They carry some really unique, fun stuff. I love this place.

I always end up with so much more than I expected. They have lots of children's books and toys, used and new but still very reasonably priced, fun trinket and knickknacks, plus some pretty rare books for a collector.

Love this store for book buying at great prices. Was able to purchase Christmas gifts at great prices.

Everyone is always accommodating and they have the coolest books, games at very reasonable prices

My family loves half price books! The books are usually well taken care of and you can get them for way less than other book retailers.

I also enjoy the variety of other items they have available such as game consoles, trading cards and puzzles.

This is one of my favorite bookstores around. I love the variety of stuff that they carry. Also, it is so nice you can take a mix of unwanted items other than books to sell here.

This is a good place for cheap books. I go mainly for the manga selection. Be carefull on some collectibles and rare books as they will be overpriced if the store knows there worth, and if you are going to sell to them be prepared for the low ball offer, they sell your stuff for half price afterall.

Half price books has literally something for everybody. Great prices on nonfiction, children's books, young adult, and every type of fiction. In addition they have games, puzzle books, stationary, calendars and everything else that you would expect in a bookstore. Their prices are amazing, and if you go you need to check out the clearance section in the back where they have books for two or three dollars each. In the front of the store they have vinyl albums and DVDs, along with cute novelty items up near the cash register so check that out too. The staff is super nice and helpful. Just be sure you leave enough time because this is not the kind of store that you can just pop in and out of. You're going to want to give yourself time to look around.
