Fran was an excellent salesman. He was friendly, professional, and informative. He was not pushy at all. He allowed us to browse alone then answered any questions we had. He introduced Adam (the manager) to us and he was also very professional & friendly.
We are awaiting our delivery but we were very satisfied with the furniture we picked out at Bob’s. We cant wait to see it in our home! Thanks again Fran!!

It was a very enjoyable experience, walking into the store we were greeted right away by Ellen. She was very nice and very helpful and we ended up finding a chair for my office that I really liked. Will definitely use Bob's again the next time we are looking for furniture.

The salesman Glen was very helpful but not pushy. My kids loved the cafe with candy, cookies and ice cream. As well as the balloon animals. Great selection and good prices. We will definitely be back.

I was greeted by a friendly, efficient and knowledgeable salesperson immediately upon entering the store. I showed the saleswoman the pieces I was interested in and she had me approved for financing within 5mins. The next morning I purchased the set I have been interested in for years. Now I just wait for my beautiful new bedroom set to arrive next week already! Thank-you to Andrea, Rock and the rest of the helpful staff at the North Lafayette store in Pittsburgh, Pa.

First time at Bob's. Sales staff is amazing! No pressure, gave us space to browse and check out the displayed items (this alone is 5 stars in my book). Prices are very reasonable compared to other furniture stores in the area. I was only looking for a mattress and frame. I ended up buying an entire bedroom a
AND dining room set and it was all cheaper than what a competitor wanted for just a mattress with an adjustable frame. I will most likely make all future furniture purchases from Bob's. My salesmans name was Rich. Fantastic experience!!!

We had such a great experience! Was helped by an awesome salesman named tall dave , he was so helpful with pointing me to the perfect king size matress that I needed ! Great attitude, so friendly and a great smile to go with it. We bought a beautiful king size bed and mattress with his help, will definitely be going back for all my furniture!!!!

Salesman was great. Explained where items were in the store that we were interested in. Left us look ourselves for a bit then helped us with suggestions based on what we were looking for. No pressure at all. Super pleased with Bobs

My mom purchased a L shaped couch from BOB’s and our salesperson, Nate was very pricesdional and very nice he went over all the details and options on the purchase would go back to him in a minute. Also talked to manager that came up to us and he also was very nice. The whole experience there was great would recommend them highly!

The staff there were very knowledgeable and didn't push on any options. They have very comfortable selections, and even help with sanitary options (great for kids). There also affordable options, or great custom options.

Richard greeted us as soon as we walked in and let me just say he had an awesome Steeler jersey on! Blank, and best for the season! But he answered all of our questions and got us out with a set of furniture which we have one of and waiting for the second piece on the 29th! I am very pleased with the service and the quality of the furniture at Bob’s. Gerrie the sales associate that waited on me was very helpful and explained all the details about the furniture, delivery process and the maintenance service on my purchase. Cindy was able to check if area rug was still in stock. She also called another store to check for me. She was able to give me options of which store I wanted the ordered rug to ship to for my convenience. I was very happy with her customer service.

Ellen, the salesperson, was great! The whole process went very well, quick and simple, and the manager, Elizabeth, was very helpful too. The experience was great!
