Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pittsburgh West - Green Tree, an IHG Hotel

Stayed here for a night in a trip to Pittsburgh. Room was clean and satisfactory. Staff was helpful and we had a relaxing night after traveling and hiking. Breakfast was good, pretty standard, eggs, bacon, breads, etc. there was a pool and workout room which were both cleanly.

We stayed here for a weekend trip to Pittsburgh. We chose here for how close it was to the science center and the Aviary. Hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast exceeded our expectations. The gentleman in the dining area went above and beyond to help my little one feel independent. Only complaint was the pool was a tad on the cold side, but still enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

Came into town from buffalo, NY. Inwas shocked at how nice of a stay it was staff was so helpful! The breakfast was so good I really enjoyed myself for mothers day thanks to holiday inn.... the pool was clean gym too got to work out and swim alone (might not always happen that way) Overall great stay and would pick this hotel again!

Comfy and spacious room. Great hot continental breakfast and nice staff.

Loved the Dove hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the room and I liked that the front desk had standard toiletries available upon request.

We were in town for five days to have out patient surgery. Service was very good & friendly. Room was clean. We would stay again.❤ 5👍's

Close to downtown Pittsburgh. Price was right. Room was clean. Breakfast was decent. Place was packed and had trouble keeping up with the food and crowd...but overall did a good job.

Everyone at the hotel went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They definitely make their guests feel at home. On Christmas Day, when our flight was canceled
they had our room waiting for us to come back to. They make you feel like family.

Stayed here for a week and loved the location. The hotel staff was friendly and housekeeping kept my room clean and stocked with towels. Would most definitely stay here again when in the Pittsburgh area because it's minutes from downtown and easy access to get to and from.

Room was standard but nice and clean but finding the building was a little hard, gps kept getting confused on where it was but staff were nice and attentive! I got hair dye on one of their towels and they didn't get upset at all and the free breakfast was pretty nice too. I would stay there again

This hotel was great! Great location to Heinz Field (not Acriwhatever😕). Very Fair Price. Large rooms, Clean and Guest service very welcoming and helpful. Great free breakfast in the morning.Giant Eagle right next door. Restaurants very close also. I will stay here again.

Great hotel and location. Wish the parking was not full. It's very stressful in general for me to park downtown and underground. But it worked out when they validated the parking from a nearby lot under the US Steel Tower.

Stayed here after helping my daughter move into Duquesne University. While checking in we met Greg at the front desk. We couldn't of had a nicer experience, because him. He was helpful, friendly and professional. These skills and qualities are very hard to find in employees nowadays. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. I appreciated it very much. Holiday Inn is very lucky to have such a great person working for them. Thank you Greg for your awesome customer service. I hope you get the recognition you deserve. The breakfast is better than average too. Nice selection.

Nice hotel. Clean, pleasant surroundings. Breakfast area w fireplaces is very nice. Full breakfast, btw. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant/ bar attached, but did not go in. Convenient though. The price is great, too. Would go back.

Tremendous customer service from the time requesting transportation from the hotel, to check in, to calling the front desk... first rate. The complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety and in that variety was actual healthy food. The room was clean and the suite offered an alternative pull out sofa, not comfortable at all, but it's a pull out, when are they comfortable. A nice pool and surprisingly nice fitness room with a good range of equipment. Shuttle service will take you anywhere requested and pick you up. Top notch place without the crazy cost. Highly recommend this.

My family and I Loved our stay here. The hotel was clean & really nice. Our room was spacious. Our heater had some issues, but we just asked for extra sheets and blankets and stayed nice and toasty that way. :) Everything was lovely. The staff was very helpful and friendly - Coleen, Greg...another guy my daughter was telling me about who was very cordial (unfortunately we didn't get his name) was a twin just like my girls...Everyone we came in contact with, morning staff/night staff, was just very accommodating, attentive, and easy to talk to. Loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and very friendly staff!! My wife and I stayed Friday through Sunday and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, the front lobby was clean, and the continental breakfast was always fully stocked. Every staff member from the front desk to the cleaning crew was always courteous and respectful. We want to give a big thank you to Robb, from the front desk. He was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our trip. They also have a free shuttle service that can drop you off and pick you up around the city. We didn't have to worry about paying for parking once. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are going to Pittsburgh!!

Craig at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. Loved the garage parking. Easy access. Clean rooms. Enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was outstanding for a hotel. If ever staying in Pittsburgh again, this will be the place.

Best hotel experience ever! All staff were friendly and informative (shout out to Chad who checked us in, explained amenities, and pointed out places we might be interested in going to). Breakfast was well staffed and very good. The fitness area was an actual gym with weight machines. The room was comfy and clean, the lobby was impeccable, and the location was fantastic, easy access to the highway. Highly recommended!

The people that run the breakfast are so kind! The guy (he walks to work daily, unfortunately I don't know his name) was absolutely amazing about making sure everyone was good and had what they needed! He also was very knowledgeable about the area and Pittsburgh itself and was able to recommend Amazing places to see and go!
