Hello Bistro

Love the concept, we get the burgers but substitute with a turkey patty. My favorite is the overeasy cheeseburger meal with fresh cut fries and boylyns black cherry from the fountain. The wife gets the same burger but has a gluten free bun.

The staff is super friendly and the location is in the heart of McCandless Crossing. Great spot for salads also where they custom make them like a Subway or Chipotle.

Convenient, tasty, big variety and overall a great place to try if you want a change from the usual fast food.

What a great place! So many choices, such great ingredients. Fantastic salads, great soups, and I can't wait to come back for the burgers!

Stopped for lunch on a weekday and service was efficient, friendly and accurate! Food (salads) were great! Best lunch option at McCandless Crossing!

It's so satisfying. Super friendly. I got great service there. Even when my order was wrong, the manager fixed it. They offer outside dining (fresh air) and inside dining(cool air)

I use to give them only 3 stars but in the last year this place has really turned around. Great food, awesome customer service and so friendly. Clean and organized. Yep 5 stars now.

I stop here often for the avocado (Beyond) burger and the food is always consistently made and tasty. The self- serve checkout screens are very easy to use and an improvement over standing in line.

Best tasting healthy food place I can find. Its great having so many RAW veggies available for the make your own salad. Update year later, great place, great food especially if you have food allergies. Gluten free is tasty here

I just had a very pleasurable experience at this location! I haven’t ordered here in a while and I forgot the name of the salad I normally get and accidentally asked for a Mediterranean shrimp salad instead of a Caribbean shrimp salad. I noticed only after I got home so I had to drive back and on my way there I realized it was my mistake and I had ordered the wrong salad. When I went to hello bistro a young tall gentleman who was probably a manager told me it was no problem and he totally understood and he was going to remake it for me free of charge. It’s nice to know there are so good people out there. I really appreciate your kindness after a really long day and making the silly mistake with ordering the wrong salad it was much appreciated. So Thank you! That’s how you conduct business

They did a great job of keeping veggies separate from meat and cheese to prevent cross contamination. Staff was very helpful. I would definitely come again.

The Mean Green Avocado Burger was excellent. Their "special" sauce, avocado, and buttery bun made for a great marriage of flavors. I added bacon too. The prices are great. The dining area was exceptionally clean. The employees were nice and extremely professional. I will definitely return to this jewel to try one of those delicious-looking salads.

So far everything I've had here has been delicious. The salad options are awesome and I've never seen so many choices anywhere else. The place has a clean and open feel to it. The service is fast. Great lunch spot or healthier dinner option. I will admit that I don't fully understand the salad chopping thing, but the salads are all delicious so I'm okay with it.

I don’t care what any bad reviewers say. My family has owned 6 restaurants for over thirty years so I think it’s safe to say we know food. A chef myself, I have nothing but good things to say about this place every single time I go there. The staff is the most professional and friendly you’ll find, the food is crisp and fresh, and the service is great for a restaurant of its caliber. Some people need to remember that patience is a virtue. Excellent experience every time! Thank you SO much.

Reliably good food/casual atmosphere. My niece (who is vegan) and my sister loved the veggie burger! I get salads with "half greens" so I can taste multiple add-ins in every bite. Tons of great selections at the salad bar, and the chopping at the end blends everything perfectly.

Delicious salads! Friendly employees at this location too! I ordered online, walked in 10 minutes after and my salad was already finished! Even though they seemed very busy, they worked very quickly and efficiently here!

food was excellent. fresh and good selection. restaurant was practicing social distancing. food was a bit pricey to me. wife and I got a salad w/ meal and it was $36. restaurant wasnt allowing refills which should have been told to me beforehand. overall my wife and I were happy with our food and visit and will definitely go back FOR LUNCH. I do not feel this is dinner material for us. we want a sit down service feel for dinner. they do have outside seating which was nice.

Excellent customer service. Burger was no better than McDonalds, but their salad was AMAZING! Big salads with fresh vegetables. Staff was so friendly & polite. I will definitely return there and recommend to others.

I almost never post reviews. However, when I went there was a kid working at the salad bar. He had glasses and a blue shirt. He immediately welcomed everyone to Hello Bistro the second they walked in the door and sparked a conversation about my hat while I was waiting. I love this guy. Keep him around.
