Best Buy

I walked and the team was extremely prepared for me. The attendant asked what I was looking for and he pointed the way. The sales personforthe deptartment I want walked up behind me and with a smile and lead to way...He helped me pick what I needed and offered to check me out so I wouldn't have to stand in the long line at the other registers. I walked in and was checked out in 15 minutes on Saturday December 23, 2023....now THAT is good service!

My experience at best buy was very good. Your employee James was very helpful and knowledgeable about the touch screen computers. He took his time and talked with me showing me the features on the computer. James was very kind to me and he answered all my questions. James is why I will come back to best buy for my next purchase. I was satisfied with my purchase.

Always an easygoing time at any Best Buy. Had a return that I got a family member as a gift, was able to return it due to the sound not operating correctly, traded up for a couple bucks more at checkout and was out the door in under 20 minutes.

James is a breath of fresh air when it seems like most customer service professionals (not here) don’t want to do right by their customers, he goes above and beyond. I have never met a nicer employee who actually cares about his customers. He deserves a promotion from supervisor to manager.

Had my dashcam installed this morning, and I'm very happy with it. I bought the wrong ones, of course, but Keenan was very knowledgeable and helped me get what I wanted. The store is also beautiful, with excellent employees who are all over the place, willing to help. Very impressed.

Always a good experience at Best Buy.
Sadly, you can see it sales dropping.
If you want it to remain, you need to go more often instead of ordering online

Walked into Best Buy Monroeville looking for last minute options in a pinch and when I tell you I found an angel in disguise named Steve G2, I am not Joking. Today is Christmas Eve and he helped me get a Go pro and suggested 2 other items that I got completing my list in a very short time. Thank you Steve G2! You rocked!

They have a tier system now for you to get help. You register upon arrival, letting them know what you need help with. You're then asked to wait in that specific department or area of interest until someone arrives. It works but you have no idea of time frame. Staffing issues are everywhere post covid pandemic.

The associate was extremely nice and very helpful, and gabe great information as well

Excellent customer service. Got my item delivered quickly, and efficiently. Then they scheduled a plumber to hook up a water line for our new fridge. Top notch service all the way around!

I get all of my tv 📺 's and electronic supplies here. I just got a Blueray CD player,a rubber protective case, 4 my cell phone, and plastic shield. . I also have Geek Sqaud Protection, for all of my electronics and my computer and Webcam. You name it. They have it! The salesmen, and women advise you on everything. This is the go to store!

They are patient and always ready to help, this branch is my favorite.

Had to write a review after experiencing what I would sum up as tremendous customer service. Went to the store looking for a projector with absolutely zero knowledge of what I was wanting or how everything worked. Talked with a few employees at the store, and the manager immediately said I should connect with Sean. Sean comes to your home to check out what exactly your wants and needs are, and I love his honest, straightforward, no bs.

Just got off the phone with him, haven’t even purchased anything through them yet, but the service is impeccable. Looking forward to getting my home theatre set up with Seans help, and will be highly recommending him to everyone I know. Awesome job guys

I went to purchase a couple of pieces of technology for my PC and it was not very crowded in the mid afternoon, so I got waited on rather quickly.

The gentleman that waited on me was very knowledgeable and personable. He knew exactly what I was looking for and made suggestions that I had not considered regarding connectivity.

He assisted me in my decisions on what to buy and I checked out.

It was a casual and enlightening experience.

Was greeted and directed to where I needed to go immediately upon entry. Very polite and professional employees. I was picking up an online order and the entire process could not have been quicker or more pleasant. Very nice looking store
