Dr. Coleman
Caused me to feel abused and discriminated against

The emergency room physician, John Miacheal Coleman, did not physically examine me however he made me feel small, terrorized and abused. He obviously jumped to a conclusion based on what he visualized on a computer screen
This physician ( as well as the nurse practioner and nurse) failed to in any shape or form preform a hands on examination of me, the patient

Allow me to quote “The Abuser”. Who caused the significant PTST. “You can cry and beg all you want. No one will believe you. You will never get any help. You get what you deserve. Thanks to your ER staff for making that statement a truth. Thereby increasing my fearful PTSD symptoms. This entire team did not investigate what was upsetting me, YOUR patient. Rather jumped to an inaccurate conclusion.

The physician, rather than examining me, stood across the room voicing his concerns for himself. His concern for his own job is of no concern to me. What I wanted and expected was care that HVHS espouses in mission and values statements.

I do not care what staff see only a screen. I do not care what staff’s preconceived notions are!
Rule number 1: Examine your patient. I was never once physically examined by a staff member.

If one were to read the discharge instructions for a shoulder injury: One would not upon examination all the rationales for returning for “care” applied to my condition when I reported. The staff neglected to evaluate my physical and emotional condition

I feel discriminated against, abused and mistreated

None of the espoused mission and values clearly stated by HVHS were apparent in this visit.
