Amazing service, great products, fair prices, so helpful, and really lovely people. I came to Pittsburgh for a wedding, realized I didn’t pack a dress shirt an hour before the wedding. Ran in frantically and they replied “we have it!” before I even said anything 😂 they took my measurements, steamed, and got me out of there in 5 minutes max. And the shirt fit amazingly!

The environment Chas created in that store can be felt the moment you walk in. He is very friendly and wise, & makes the shopping experience easy and fun. If they did not have what I needed, the staff always recommends another place that may help. Great relationship has formed just from one visit

In the last 6 months Heinz Healy's has made 3 suits for me. They've all come out great. Joe in particular did a great job helping me get fitted for them and then taking the measurements for the alterations once they came in. This is a really nice shop and the guys are pros, the pricing is also highly reasonable, especially for high quality, custom fitted clothing.

What a great experience. I did not feel any sales pressure, and the staff there was really helpful. I work downtown and was able to be fitted on a Friday, and they had the suit ready for me on Monday. It is a great suit and I cannot wait to wear it! I will be buying all of my suits there.

A big shout out to Roman & Dan! My airline decided to delay my luggage and with all day business casual meetings and a formal business attire dinner they came through in a pinch! I had 45 minutes to get clothes and get to my first meeting. My luggage finally arrived at 8pm, you guys were a life savor!

These guys saved my life of a last-minute purchase for an upcoming headshot appointment that I got coming up tomorrow! The suits are rather remarkable! A bit expensive, but definitely worth it.

I wanted to take the time to write this review properly. I am a woman, who wears makeup, high heels, ect but I also like wearing men's suits. Pittsburgh is still behind on the times for it's full acceptance of LGBT people and those who just enjoy being themselves. I can walk into most stores and immediately feel how uncomfortable people are or receive some serious glares. Heinz Healey's was the first high end men's fashion store I was going to spend money in for these types of clothes because as someone raised in a small town I believe in shopping at locally owned/small businesses before you go to the chain ones. The moment I walked in I was immediately greeted. An older gentleman (i'm sorry I can't remember your name, sir) was the one who offered to help me. The moment I mentioned it was for me you could tell there was some uncomfortable/confused feelings from him, however he pushed his comfort zone and stayed with me as I asked questions. At first I felt rushed but I knew it was because he was nervous. However after trying it on and stepping out he had seemed to calm down a bit and saw my love of this style as I explained to him my concerns with the collar, wearing a vest with a pocket watch in it, and me quickly putting on my Dobb's fedora hat to see how I looked all together. I told him I was worried the collar pointed out would mean I that I would have to make a bigger knot for my tie which I didn't like the idea of because I liked the smaller knots because I felt they give them a more feminine look. He told me that they didn't have any French style (because I specifically asked for that style because I freaking love cufflinks) white dress shirts with a pointed in collar at that time. I then asked if he thought it would look good with a big knot. He asked me about bowties I told him I do love bowties and have started a collection. He smiled and quickly grabbed a beautiful bowtie that had small light purple polka dots on them and this is where I knew I had to take the time to write this long winded review. This gentleman, who at the beginning was so uncomfortable with the situation, then took a ton of time on this bowtie. He kept putting it on, turning me around, straightening it, going "no, not good enough", turning me back around, making adjustments to it, and repeat until he smiled, straightened one more time, and said "perfect". I asked him how I looked and he again smiled and told me to go look for myself in the bigger mirrors with the best lighting. I told him I liked it and he agreed it did suit me very well. He then offered to steam it. I asked to please do so because it was going to be staying perfectly stored until I take it out for the charity event I have been funding all year. He then began to ask me about my charity event and told me that it was wonderful and I was going to look "great". As I paid he smiled again and said "I hope you come back" and I will be back. To the older gentleman who helped me that day (Thursday, November 21st 2019 approx. 1500HRS) I want you to know that you almost made me cry when you took that time on me with the bowtie and attempting to make me look perfect. I have no family. My grandfather was the most important person in my life who has been gone for some time now. He loved me just how I was but never got the chance to see me enjoy where I am now, with feeling comfortable wearing whatever I want. For a moment I thought he had returned to me through you. That minor moment is something I wish I had with my grandfather because I am learning how to go through this fashion style by myself and I am not always sure I am doing right or look good enough to pull it off. In today's society we are quickly to dismiss/get upset over someone showing that they are uncomfortable with something that perhaps they do not see everyday. However, I wanted to say to you that it takes courage to push one's self through their comfort zone and you not only did it very well you exceeded at making someone fell very, very special. I hope this gets back to you. Thank you.
