Dr Narcisi was extremely helpful with a difficult situation. He explained everything in detail and solved my problem. Office staff is wonderful. Great experience in a dental office!!!

This was my first visit and I was thoroughly impressed with everyone I met! Dr. Narcisi took his time and explained the process of getting new dentures to me. He asked me about implants which I would love but at this time just can't afford. He didn't pressure me at all which I found refreshing. Fran put me right at ease as did Joanne. I am so thankful that he is now my dentist!

Dr. Narcisi Is wonderful! He makes your visit feel like visiting family. Always very welcoming and caring. His staff is just as friendly too. I have been going to this family practice since I was a kid, his dad took care of me first and when he retired, his son took over and has been caring for me ever since! My parents have been using the practice longer than I have. We are life long patients and will continue to be. Would recommend them to everyone and anyone!!!!

Dr. Narcisi is equally as friendly as he is professional.
He is “patient with his patients” and I am grateful to be one! My husband and I came to his office on the advice of a friend and we are truly thankful we did. My husband was in need of some work that proved to be, in our opinion the best decision we could have made for him in following Dr. Narcisi’s advice, referrals and instruction. I personally had very minor issues that I waited to have done and just finished a thank you note for this Doctor! Yes! I am paying for services just like anyone else, but the service I received requires the compliment.
I admire his gift and talent; the fact that he clearly takes pride in his work and can “chew the fat” all at the same time. He’s amazing!

In addition to the expertise of dr narcissi and his staff, you are made to feel so welcomed when you arrive for your appointment. everyone is so caring and take special care of you while undergoing a procedure my only regret is that i was not a patient years ago.

Wonderfully run office. Staff are kind, friendly and quick. I avoided dentist offices for decades, now I keep to a 6 month, stress free schedule.

My family has been in the care of Dr Narcisi for our dental needs for over 15 years. His knowledge, skill, and caring manner far surpass any other dentist we have been with in the past. His staff is so welcoming and friendly, and together make it a wonderful experience.

I started going to Dr. Narcisi last year to correct years of dental problems I’ve had and have always had an intense fear of dentists. I immediately felt at ease from the receptionist to his assistant to Dr. Narcisi himself. Always gentle and keeping me in the loop on the course of action being taken. A little high price wise, but worth it just for the incredible people working there!

My dental anxiety had kept me from the dentist for many years. Everyone at this office was Incredibly kind. It started with a caring receptionist and continued with the hygienist! She was incredible and made sure that I wasn’t in any discomfort.
Finally it ended with Dr Narcissi. He explained everything and went over my treatment plan. He made recommendations and gave me several options on treatment options.
I should also mention this occurred during Covid and I could not have felt safer!! Thank you to Dr Narcissi and his wonderful staff. One appointment has begun a life changing return to dental health for me!

Wow - I've finally found my home in a dentist. The office is extremely clean and the staff is excellante. They make you feel very comfortable from the time you enter the office and throughout the visit. All work being done is explained in detail before they proceed. I would highly recommend this office especially if you have had a prior bad experience, my wife has been terrified of going to the dentist her whole life but after accompanying me on numerous visits she now feels comfortable and at ease seeing Dr. Narcisi.

I have seen Dr. Narcisi for probably, over 40 years. I have always been treated with kindness, by Dr. Narcisi, his receptionist, JoAnne, and all of his dental higienists.
But in addition to excellent care, I believe I have always received dental care that appears to consistently being the most advanced. I have even gone to the dental school at Pitt and a dental surgeon in Fox Chapel because of referrals from Dr. Narcisi, for specialized care; dental extraction, dental implant and other surgery. Working with the dental school of the University of Pittsburgh, has allowed Dr. Narcisi to associate with an esteemed group of medical/dental specialists. Being a nurse, I have always appreciated good medical care.
Additionally, it has been wonderful that the office is located in an easily accessible location in Monroeville, and the large parking lot is free. The office itself is beautiful.

Dr. Narcisi's office is excellent. The doctor provides exceptional dental care. JoAnne runs the office and schedules appointments in a most timely and efficient manner. Frani is the dental assistant who works so well with Dr. Narcisi. Our dental hygienist is Deidre. She does a great job of making you feel comfortable during teeth cleaning. The office is also taking all precautions during Coronavirus. The Center for Dental Excellence receives a five star rating from me, my sister, and my brother-in-law.

This is by far the Bessst dentist office anywhere, Dr Narcisi is Top Notch & I Love getting my teeth cleaned every six months and look forward to the excellent job done by Deidre every time! The name Dental of Excellence truly does describe the overall experience at this office from start to finish! JoAnne & Frani always give you excellent service as well & it's extremely clean there!!!
