I like that you can order online and pick up in store no matter what store I go to the employees are always nice and talkative if you have a cat you should buy there up and up litter if you can find it then go with fresh stuff or scoop away they are the best litter

Customer service is great. When there was shortage of PS5 I had told the guy that whenever new stocks come he would message or contact me.

Love the variety! I can find so much there and my relatives enjoy the gift cards I send them.

After 3 trips to Target E. Liberty to get my Mom's Nokia Flip phone working via transfer of her same phone number for 25+ years, Josh at Target Monroeville, made it happen! He got both Verizon & TRAC on the phone & was committed to getting my mom's phone working! He even stayed after hours to make it happen. This kind of service and diligence is unheard of !! I absolutely love the makeup/beauty department at this location! An employee named Bea was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right products. She was so friendly and I will definitely be coming back when I have a makeup or skincare question!

Target is clean, inviting, visually appealing, colorful, modern, has the latest styles and such a nice selection of items to choose from. I love the way the store is set up. The prices are reasonable. The employees are friendly.

Amazing store with such nice people! I had something very unfortunate happen to me here and the staff and manager were so kind and understanding. They went above and beyond to help me out.

I ordered online for the first time, and it was very quick. It says it is a 2 hour online pickup, but it was ready in a half hour and I had quite a bit of items. When I went to pick it up the employees were super friendly and the line was long when I got there but waited less than 5 minutes. I’ve had such a great experience. Thank you!

Employees always very kind and helpful. They have always been close by and ready to find, unlike most stores that takes several minutes to find a working human... lol how my daughter would say. This place has the most exceptional customer service by far from any store I know.

I really appreciate the curbside service. They are always prompt and courteous. Please stock a better variety of big and tall and plus sized clothing. Everything else is fantastic.

I misplaced my receipt for a broken Mr Coffee maker so I called the store to find out if I could still return the item. Mallory was extremely helpful. She talked to customer service for me and went to the coffee maker aisle to check for the coffee maker I wanted. She went above and beyond I was very pleased and wanted to mention her.
