John has done a great job of assembling a good knowledgeable team. I am usually asked several times as I walk through the store if I needed any help. When there are more than a couple of customers in line they open additional registers. This store epitomizes customer service.

Have had some mistake on the invoice and Matt was so knowledgeable and helpful, all was fixed over the phone in less than five minutes.

This staples is conveniently located. Easy parking. The staff is about 50/50 in knowledge and helpfulness. I try to seek out one of the longer employed staff members to assist me if needed. They are always helpful, often going out of their way to help find what I need or creatively find something that might work instead. The printing department is the best I have been to in this geographic area, in terms of assistance and turn-around.

We had a great experience in the store. We went in and right away saw the tech services area. The associate there Taylor helped us out so much. We had a problem with one of our laptops and he knew what was wrong right away and even helped us decide to purchase a new one.

Very helpful sales clerk made selecting a scanner/printe easy. He guided me to what I needed and explained pricing. I was also offered help to get it into my vehicle.

Staff is geat, Ian in the print center has been a big help and remembered who I was when I came back, John the manager is always friendly and made things right with a coupon code, or pricing error. I have his buz card and he said call me an time I need something.

Bart was super helpful in helping me narrow down which computer would be right for me! This location also has a great selection of products.
