This post is in response to an emailed request. Not a phone call, an email. In fact, this is perhaps the third or fourth contact I've had with my insurance agent. The secretary who answers the phone changes my coverage when i call. I dont recall what Brian's voice sounds like. They don't send you an updated insurance card anymore, you have to print it yourself. The payments are directly removed from my account so I've never met this agent at all. My account was switched to him after my first agent quit. I recently noted a 10% increase in my payment deductions to the insurance company but was never contacted via mail or telephone to announce, give notice, or to justify the increase, as I've never had an accident or claim. Insurance is mandated, so I pay it. Haven't had an agent in the state of Pennsylvania who actually knew anything about me besides my bank account info and the type of car I drove.
