My technician Bill went above and beyond to assist me in getting my vehicle back on the road safely. He was highly knowledgeable about what was wrong and provided superb service.
Kevin was friendly and knew how to properly advise the technician what was wrong with my vehicle.

They fixed my tire when nobody else would even look at it! I will be returning in the spring to get 4 new tires. Fantastic service on a day I needed a win. Thanks, Big Chuck!

After a bad expirence with the moon Firestone I've avoided these places like the plague. I blew out a tire and the tow truck took me here. They were able to replace both tires for a decent price almost right away everyone was friendly and the service was great.

Had some car issues and no one around could help me except Firestone. Big Chuck helped and got me in and out. Definitely coming back.

Honestly, We had a great experience! They were friendly, didn’t make me wait long at all. I was in an out pretty quickly. I was very thankful because I was in a bit of a hurry. We take all five of our cars there to be inspected and they’re really good about getting us in and out so I thank them and I love, the manager he’s always willing to help out ! Thanks Fellas!

They could find an unrelated issue and promptly communicate it to me. The price was reasonable.

I had made an appointment with a different company; and got told my order was cancelled, 20 minutes already into the appointment time .. The new manager at Firestone, I believe his name was Derek, listened to exactly what I needed, helped me efficiently and professionally, didn't give a run around and even got me a great deal! He made a new customer for sure!

In the area from out of town and noticed a tire down 10 pounds of pressure. Stopped by another "branded" tire center closer per Google, and they didn't even know where the air hose was located in the shop. So I traveled a few miles out of my way to this Firestone. Pulled up to the door and asked the technician if I could use the air hose. He immediately stopped what he was doing and filled the tire to the correct pressure. All in all, it took 2 minutes tops. The tech was friendly, competent and most of all, he knew where the air hose was located!! Superb service Firestone! Thank you.

I had a bad/questionable experience in taking my car to the dealership for emissions/inspection and failing, and was upset, worried, and anxious about what would happen with being re-inspected at Firestone. However, Chris, the service manager at Firestone was amazingly helpful with the process, and put me at ease with his knowledge and expertise and his keeping me apprised of what was happening with my vehicle. That, combined with the reasonable Firestone prices, coupons, and items I had under warranty, and I ended up getting more things completed and still saving hundreds of dollars over what the dealership tried to gouge me for. I'm super happy. My car is inspected and drives like a new vehicle! Definitely will continue to patronize Firestone for my vehicles' needs, and am letting others know about my awesome experience!

I am so glad I went here despite these reviews. I have tried out 4 or 5 places since I have had my car out around here, but I am sticking with this Firestone. I needed an inspection, oil change, and some work, and was able to get the appointment I wanted on very short notice (a matter of hours). Every person I dealt with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to tell me what I needed to pass inspection (nothing more than I anticipated) and also suggested some additional services *as any good business person should* but made it very clear that these were suggestions and I didn't feel pressured to spend the extra money. I did end up getting some non-required services, and I think a lot of that was because of the great customer service here and that I really felt like they were being honest with me - especially since I had a good idea ahead of time of what my car's true issues were before I went in. The prices were competitive and the greater-than-average amount of services I needed were completed quickly, hours before I told them I needed to pick up my car even.

The technician listed on my bill was Tom Baker, and my service advisor is listed as Robert - I forgot to ask the name of the person who I dealt with on the phone and at the desk, but if it was one of these gentleman, he was fantastic. My car is now running beautifully - and I will be back to take advantage of my lifetime alignment services on a regular basis!

My tire blew out and I called three tire centers to get a replacement. All three said that the one tire would be around $300 for a minivan.

I called Firestone, they got me two good tires for $55 a piece and did an alignment with an oil change all for around $170.

A lot of garages take advantage of a woman who doesn't know much about vehicles. These men got me the best deal and took great care of my car.

I've gone to them since and have never had a problem.

Despite them not having my tire size in stock at the time, I still received friendly service and they took the time to locate a store that did have my tire size in stock.

Mark will take care of you. Brought in fleet vehicle with 2 bad tires and he convinced the fleet management company that all 5 (including the spare) needed to match. And the wipers didnt match so he got them replaced too.

Fantastic service!!! Polite, helpful, knowledgeable. I was in a bind, they got me back on the road in under 30 minutes. 4 other shops in the area couldn't help.
