Xfinity Store by Comcast

Very nice people, professional, quick, and knowledgeable. Helped me through turning in previous equipment left at a priperty, and getting a new account / equipment. Very helpful.

My Xfinity bill recently went up to $250 per month and my cell phones with Verizon were almost $100 per month. Trying to get anything done on the phone with Xfinity is very difficult because you always get someone who doesn't speak (good) English and sounds like they're in a "boiler room" in a foreign country. So I went down to the Xfinity store in Rutland. Patty (Ms. Wigmore) worked with me patiently for a long time getting my bill down more than a hundred dollars per month paying for only what I really needed. She also got my cell phones switched over from Verizon after being with them for over 15 years at a similar substantial savings. Thanks for everything, Patty ! You're a sweetheart !

There is much to say about customer service. Many businesses don 't even know what that means! I have been a customer of Xfinity/Comcast for two years. From the minute you enter their store you are treated with respect and customer appreciation. All of the associates are friendly, professional and actually know what they are doing! I never dread going there. In fact, they exceed my expectations each and every time. They are an example of how businesses should treat their customers. Thank you for being there!!!!

Today, I had the pleasure of meeting LISA M. an associate from the Rutland location. What a breath of fresh air!. Lisa introduced herself & then asked me how she could help me. I told her about my issue & she immediately helped me. She further stated that it was her pleasure.

Now, that's how customer should be! I highly recommend Xfinity not only because they have great products, but it is the customer service that keeps me coming back. They go out of their way to help you & you never feel like an intrusion. Kudos to Lisa & I hope anyone has the opportunity to meet her.

In person service immediately fixed everything that took hours to screw up online and on the phone. Not wasting my time with online service again.

I have never rated a cable store before but the employees here deserve it. This Xfinity store is restoring my faith in Xfinity/Comcast. After previous experiences in Boston, I did not even want to talk to anyone from the company.

The staff at Xfinity Rutland are absolutely excellent! Everyone is always inviting, professional, and super helpful. They have solved every single problem I have had with our cable/WiFi. Plus there has never been a wait when I go in.

You can tell the employees here actually want to help! I actually enjoy dropping by this place now! Kudos to the staff for changing my mind about an entire cable company. You all rock!

Everyone in Xfinity is knowledgeable on all their phones and applications. Never had a problem so far

Had a great experience the other day with a young gentleman named Michael. I told him about my frustrations with the service I’ve had as of recently, and he was able to break down what was wrong, and even helped me lower my monthly bill because it was outdated. There’s still hope out here with these big companies when you got nice people like him helping.

The 5 stars is the for Tech Assistant that came out to install my internet and cable. We didn’t catch his name but my wife and I had a great conversation with this guy!
Especially during these uncertain times, it’s nice to see someone in a great mood and love their job!
I want to give 0 stars to the automated system when calling your customer service team. That needs to be updated as soon as possible because it’s literally horrifying.

The employees here, in Rutland, are awesome! They are very helpful and nice. I had a problem with a new TV box, replacing one that was about 15 years old and having problems. They jumped right in to help and solved the problem quickly and with a great attitude. It was a defective box, not my lack of tech savvy!😁

Visited the store in May 2021 to resolve a few Comcast cable and internet issues. Entering the store, I was greeted with a lovely smile and "can I help you" from Emily Tyburski. We discussed the service issues I was having and Emily offered me a seat (I am disabled) while she worked to solve them. Solve all of them she did, providing me with a new Xfinity modem.

Emily packed the items in a Comcast carry bag and walked me to my car.

Emily was in all respects wonderful, patient, knowledgeable, professional and kind and exemplifies the highest standard of customer relationship that all companies should strive to achieve, as Comcast & Emily do so well.

Every time my husband and I go in this store we are greeted by very pleasant employees. Sometimes there is await time , 15 minutes.

I am very impressed by the service techs working for Comcast. They are diligent and do their best to diagnose and resolve issues. While no service is perfect from the onset, these folks go out of their way to make things perfect.

The customer service here was impeccable, these girls was so helpful I would highly recommended speaking with them if you have any issues or questions

Went there to upgrade my equipment. Was very pleasant, clean environment. Good service, however pricing could be lowered a lot.

These people were very kind I'm suffering the effects of Parkons A and i require a cane to walk i dropped it and three employees emediately made sure i was ok i couldnt ask for better service 🙂

Moved to Rutland county a year ago and have had absolutely no problem with Xfinity. More expensive than Spectrum in NC but the folks at the office are so much more helpful!

Wonderful service, no line, 4 stations working with customers, discontinued my account for the winter, turned in the equipment, got a receipt, out of there in 5 minutes!

Friendly, helpful staff. Go early because they get busy at lunch time and "after work" hours.

It is always MUCH easier to go into the location instead of calling in or dealing with the online supposed help which never gets me anywhere.
