I ordered curbside pick up. I was able to redeem my points and use my deals on the McDonald's app simultaneously. Service was quick and courteous.

The fryers were broke, so I could only get my frappe. But the employees there are awesome. Starts my day off great everyday seeing them. Jake and crystal are the best!!!

Impressive service. Quick and Friendly. This McDonalds is clearly well run. As a delivery driver in the area I frequently visit this location and other restaurants in Rutland. The staff is always impressive at both this and the Main Street location. I believe the negative reviews are most likely the result of prime time shopping when they can fall off their game a bit, but otherwise this is a top location with consistently great service.

Rating is for a McDonald's, nobody expya gourmet meal. Served quickly and accurately.

Stopped for foodon our way home. Staff was friendly and organized. The manager, Craig, was just the nicest man. He came to check on how our food was while we ate. Absolutely the best experience we’ve ever had at a McDonald’s

I ordered a filet of fish meal. It was about 11.00 am. When he handed it to me, I said, " I need to check it plz."The filet was either old or over done.I said to the guy, "Could I please wait for both fresh filet and fries plz these are not ok to serve." He took the bag back and was very friendly. ( I hate when they get rude with you after you pay $10. 00 for food, and it's gross. He was so pleasant when he brought it to me he said he timed it , so they came out together. 100% service thank you!

No one wanted to take our order. They were all standing around. And then the dogs was cold. This was on Woodstock ave.

The staff is really nice. If you go through the drive thru they even tell you their name. If you go inside, you may have to wait a minute or so but they repeat the order back to you to make sure it's right....same with drive thru

My experience with this Mcdonald's is far most the best for when you need too get in and out. I have always had wonderful customer service especially when the young lady Suzi who takes my order and repeats it back. She is always very positive and has a smile on her face. My food is always hot and fresh.

Like the self service touch screen. Saved tons of wait in line time. Seats really comfy. Like new decor. In spite of large crowds is fairly clean. Place is really busy. Prices good. Service good. Recommend.

this McDonalds has the best staff I have ever seen in one

Nice renovation in this McDonald's location. The touch screen ordering is easy to use. The restaurant was clean and the service was good with our order being brought to the table. If your heading home from Killington and don't want to spend too much time or money this is a good option.

Awesome staff. We live in upstate NY and we're heading home after visiting our daughter, and her family. The lobby closed at 11pm and they let us stay, until we finished our food, 20 mins after closing. Staff was extremely polite to us and accomodating. Not use to this wonderful type of experience when visiting a McDonald's. Bathroom's and restaurant were very clean especially for the time of night. Also fresh food was made for us at 10:45pm. Usually at a McDonald's we would get cold or reheated food that had been sitting a while. Positive and surprising experience.

The blond male manager who works there is FANTASTIC. I used to go every morning before a long commute and the days he worked I got my food so fast that I drove straight through. He makes this site top notch!

One of the employees came up to me while I was eating my meal and asked how everything was and if I needed anything. I have never had that kind of customer service from that place and it felt really great, plus the inside now looks amazing

This McDonald's knows what it's doing! To get hot food is the best! In my area of Glens falls, NY, McDonald's stinks, and I'm being kind about my wording. This McDonald's has given me hope that on the road you can get a quick,hot meal on the go.

Went through drive through, service was great and no delays. Food was as expected.
