Excellent experience purchasing our new refrigerator. Jonathan was amazing helped us pick out our refrigerator. He also got us same day delivery so our food didn’t go bad. Awesome delivery set up and removal was a breeze. Highly recommend!!! Can’t say enough good things about the quality and experience of the staff. We’ll be back. Kudos to you guys.

The whole team at Rutland Appliances was amazing especially Jonathan who I spoke with most of the time. The fridge that failed was a very old and it was in a rental house. They were so helpful finding something that would fit the space and get it out ASAP so that our tenants weren’t without a fridge. The install and removal was seamless and punctual within the time frame they gave which was appreciated. Can’t recommend them enough!

I went to Rutland Appliance because the innermost glass on a range door that I bought at a box store broke within months of me receiving the range. They were extremely helpful in assisting me with the manufacturer warranty. Kyle came out and assessed the problem, took pictures and even spoke to the manufacturer on my behalf and then when we received the parts Kyle came back out and replaced the glass in the door. Kyle knows what he is doing, is very careful, knowledgeable and professional. My mom suggested I go to them because she just bought a whole kitchen full of appliances from them and was very happy with their service. I can see why and from now on I will be purchasing all my appliances through them. They went above and beyond for a range I didn’t even buy from them! Can’t say enough good about them. Also always kept in Communication with me And gave me 2 hour time windows when they would be at my house and called ahead and always met their commitment!!!! Top notch!!

On Sunday my wife tells me our 20yr old washer isn't draining. I took it apart and the pump was shot. I stopped down and Jonathan was very helpful steering me to the right washer and better yet had it delivered and set up that day. Very happy with everything so far.

I was very pleased with the service. I had an issue with a certain brand of washer I purchased and the owner Jonathan bent over backwards to make the issue right by allowing me to replace with another brand, rather than just have me deal with the manufacturer. I highly recommend this store based on my own experience.

Jonathan, was amazing! He spent more than an hour explaining to me what is the best dishwasher for my rental unit. Also they offer the best warranty service in all Vermont. Don’t waste your time at HD and buy local and you will be very happy with your investment!

Thank you very much for coordinating delivery & installation with Fyles Bros. for my new gas stove! Your truck arrived five minutes after theirs did and they just got done disconnecting the gas from the old stove. Great team work all around! Will definitely be back for any other appliances I need.

Was so glad to work with a local family business and not a box store! Customer Service was great. Needed a refrigerator quick they had one that fit perfect in stock. Extremely happy with our delivery. The two young men took away our old washer and installed the new one without a bump! They had to go through several rooms to get to the laundry area-nothing was hit or scratched.

Very satisfied with my new range. Just ordered a microwave too! Don't be confused by prices. I compared to Home Depot and got a better price overall due to cheaper delivery and installation.

Jonathan was incredible! Super friendly from the second we walked in, found us an amazing deal for our budget and made the buying process unbelievably simple! Kyle has helped me two different times with two different appliances and he always figures out what's wrong. He sticks to it and doesn't get discouraged and I think he's a mechanical whizz!

Very professional delivery team and they were accommodating working with me on delivery times. Ordered dryer on Friday and they delivered it the following Monday morning ! I will definitely call again when I need the next appliance. Much different service than the big box stores !
