I had a 3 yo imac that took forever to do anything. Took it to Doug at Double Click in Reading and in 2 days for a very reasonable price it was working better than new.

I took my 2018 MacBook Pro here because I believed it had malware on it. When I'd use Safari, it would open up tabs completely on its own to the most random website link you could think of or just duplicate a tab I already had open. I brought my computer in yesterday and told them no rush, and I got a call this morning at 10:30 saying it was done! Nevertheless, my computer is running like new and feels smoother than ever. My family and I have been using Double Click for years with all of our Apple problems and they have yet to fail us. Very knowledgeable people with tons of experience and great customer service. My late 2015 iMac needed some upgrades to keep it running smoothly. Double Click hooked me up with a 1TB SSD and 32GB of RAM. After the upgrades were made they discovered the screen was bad and replaced it for free due to the screen being in working order when I brought it to them. I greatly appreciate the honesty and transparency on this. Very knowledgeable group and I definitely recommend them for your Apple needs.

I’ve purchased several laptops from Double Click. They have always been helpful and knowledgeable - not pushy at all. I also paid for training sessions where they came to my home and assisted in setting up my Macs and taught me about advanced options in various programs I needed assistance with (I am knowledgeable about computers - this was high level stuff that required techie input.) Prices are fair and I’ve had positive experiences with service as well when my Macs have required repair. SO much easier and personal than dealing with the chaos at an Apple Store. Once I needed a part that wouldn’t be until the next day. He overheard my cell phone conversation with my wife and knew it was a hassle for us to arrange picking it up so he offered to drop it off in my mail box on his way home. That sums up the type of business this is. Highly Recommend.

Friendly, knowledgeable service. If you have an Apple product, I would highly recommend Double Click. I have ordered new Apple computers from them, installed backup devices and hired them to have my computers serviced when there is an issue. A good choice for anyone that wants to make sure that everything is working smoothly.

My Macbook Pro that is 5 years old recently went through the process of a normal software update. However, to my surprise the next morning it would not turn on. I was on the phone with Apple for 5 hours and 3 different people. They told me my computer had gone into hard drive failure and advised me to take my mac to the apple store the following day. Being a college student, the last thing I wanted to do was go through Apple and be charged a ridiculous amount of money.
I called Double Click Computers the following morning and dropped off my computer. They were able to fix it within a 10 day period which is wonderful! They also informed me that I did not need my hard drive replaced, and saved me hundreds of dollars.
I had a great experience with Double Click. They were very nice, and updated me on my computers status as they went along.

I found a iMac in NY and it didn’t work I was about to pass it as a goner but double click fixed it as if new and only charged 140$, very nice people too
