Betsey's Boutique Shop

This was a cute boutique that my wife and I found as we explored the Ice Festival in West Reading. The shop is run by a young owner who is very pleasant. She was very helpful for my wife. The store is mostly women's clothing, but they have a few other things for sale. We really like their faith-based signs in the store, which prompted us to support this business with our business.

Such a great place!! Beautiful quality fabric and clothing that’s current and totally reasonably priced and not at all as one might think “boutique” prices might be. Shopped for myself and will take my daughter back to pick out a few things. So glad I stopped in!!!

I was very excited to order from them and I ordered 2 tops that I thought I would like and when I got them, I didn’t how they looked on me. The material is fine and they’re as pictured. I submitted a request to return the items for store credit so I could order something else and I even understood that I would be responsible for shipping them back. I got notified that my request to return was rejected. I don’t know what they’re losing by having me return the items since I would be paying shipping back and for any new items. Now I’m stuck with 2 tops that I don’t like and frustrated with their customer service so I will not be ordering again.
