Fantastic service! Highly recommend purchasing all your running needs here whether you are new to running or a seasoned athlete, this place rocks! They helped us find and get the perfect fit for a new runner looking to start this sport! They were so helpful and provided insights on different gear that could help a new runner enjoy this sport. They also had wides available for a seasoned athlete looking to purchase new trainers to help him on his training journey. Highly recommend! The staff is amazing!

Great place to get fitted for shoes. Have a Great selection and very knowledgeable staff. I needed good support sneakers and and insoles. They measured and checked the balance of my feet and arch. Will definitely be back again

Outstanding customer service. The place was busy at lunchtime with three employees on hand to help customers but they were all friendly, courteous and handled the pressure extremely well and got to each of us in a timely manner. They're also all super knowledgeable about all of the products and helping find the right one for your running/walking needs. So much better than just ordering running shoes online and hoping for the best, plus you get $15 off for every $150 spent, which is pretty easy to do these days for almost any quality running shoes. I was helped by Adriane this visit who was awesome. Proud to support our local running shop!

Everything was amazing! I had such an in depth foot size analysis that really helped me figure out what kind of shoe works best for my needs, and Adriane was so helpful! she was so nice and really explained everything so it made sense, she helped me find the perfect shoe for work!

I stopped in because you carry the Hoka sneakers that were recommended to me. I had no idea the experience would be so thorough, from scanning my feet , to checking the pressure points while walking .I ended up with Brooks because of the scan results and I could not be happier .Emma did a wonderful job in assisting in my choice

Great place! I recommend to everyone and anyone looking to get some comfortable running shoes.
I was helped by Jill who was so kind and friendly throughout the entire visit. My husband was with and I believe he was helped by Jason. Jill took a 3D scan of my feet and told me about the shoe sizes I should be wearing based off the scan. She was able to tell me about my foot arches and recommended a great variety of different shoes and even shoe insoles.
I tried them all on, she even told me to go outside and go run a little to make sure I liked them. I did so and definitely found the pair that works best. I loved it here! Awesome return policy and rewards program. We will definitely return!

This is a great place to get a great pair of sneakers. They ask about your sneaker use, your feet are measured on a machine, they look at your gait, and then they recommend sneakers based off of these things. Their customer service is great, and I left with a great pair of comfortable sneakers for walking.

AMAZING experience!! I took my mom in to get her a better quality shoe to give her more support to help alleviate the foot pain she was having. Jason was incredible! He took the time to hear her concerns, he thoroughly explained the results of the scans of her feet, and fitted her in the PERFECT pair of shoes with the right insole for her foot. She had immediate relief and there was a noticeable difference in how she walked out of the store compared to how she walked in! She said she feels like she has new feet and can’t believe the difference these shoes make! I’m definitely going to be going back to get fitted for a pair of shoes for myself!!

I've been an on and off again runner and needed something with a bit more support and cushion. I saw a lot of Fleet Feet things at various runs so I thought I would give it a try just to see if they could give me some insight. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Addy immediately greeted me and sat down with me and asked what I was looking for. My entire time in the store felt catered to me and getting the best fit. The rest of the staff was friendly and attentive. Thank you and I'll be coming back to the store for my next pair of running shoes

Hello, i am a first time customer and had no idea of how my experience was going to be
I first walked in and thr store is all about shoes socks and accessories
Very welcoming staff and clean enviroment.
I was then asked if i would like to get fitted and and estimated time
That was great i drove from far away and he got started quickly
I got asked important info about my feet. I walked across technology that gives them the info they need about how i walk and how my feet applies pressure.
I am giving a 10 🌟 rating because i walkef out with new fitted sneakers socks that help my feet feel alive again

Appreciated the service provided very much! I have been recommended by several people to visit this specific location and it did not disappoint! I'm not one to shop at all - can't stand it! Wish the guy had a name tag or told me his name, then it would have felt more personal. Did my scans and made suggestions. When showing me my options used a lot of lingo that I could care less about. Use less jargon and let the shoes/scans do the talking :) I will definitely recommend this place to anyone I know and I will be back.

Thier procedure & scan & everything changedddd my life. I came in there, having foot pain & needing new running shoes & i left with the correct shoes & my feet feel like i taped clouds to my feet haha the shoes feel that great. I needed stabilizing & help with soles & boy oh boy it was quick, easy & the help was thorough. They even sent me my own scan to see everything about my feet. If you have any problems with your shoes or your feet, dont go anywhere else, this is your first & honestly only stop youll be needing to make. Youll thank me & the team at Fleet Feet, thats a fact!

Melissa was very kind and courteous to my wife and I throughout the experience at Fleet Feet. We ordered 2 shoes based on her recommendations. She did not rush us or pressure us in any way to purchase any items. She took the time to listen to our concerns, provided us with a 3D foot scan, and allowed us to try on as many shoes as we needed until we found the right shoes and insoles. Would highly recommend!
