Great environment , the employees are so good at their communication and take time with you . They don’t apply pressure to buy unnecessary stuff but also give you plenty of options to see what works best for you. They help you understand everything that’s going on and work with you. 10/10 would recommend anyone going there for any needs for phones , plans , anything related to that. Definitely worth the trip considering I was planning to buy online . Shout out to Paola for welcoming me to the iPhone family .

Edwin was really nice took his time to help us in getting my phone connected and Arturo was really nice also took his time in answering my questions also ordered my internet box and added my other lines and took his time as well and made sure he got everything done right I will only deal with Edwin or Arturo they are so sweet and courteous and definitely do care when it comes to helping people. I Definitely give them both 5 stars .🌟

Our store rep (Art) was amazing. He was able to take his time in explaining all the steps needed to take place, upgraded our phones, transferred all of our information over flawlessly. He was able to make a genuine connection and assure everything was taken care before we left the store. He appeared knowledgeable on the current promotion occurring within the store, with that, we were able to obtain our phone's charger pieces for an incredible price. We appreciated our experience with him and everyone within the store.

George was the best customer service rep I’ve every experienced in person. Normally you don’t see someone go above and beyond for a customer needing a prepaid iPhone, NOT George. I started out not even his customer but I’m glad he was there to resolve my problems that we’re miscommunicated by first rep (which he was great too) BUT now I have a post paid plan & I got my phone outright for same price ! I thinking about coming back in September to add a watch if everything stays well.. Thank you for all your help & take a lunch break, YOU DESERVE IT MY MAN !

Dan was very helpful and walked through a complicated situation resolving all my issues in a timely fashion. Patrick was great as well following up to ensure all was going well. These two gentlemen looked out for my best interest and recommend them to anyone looking for professionalism, care and looking out for a customers needs.

Jorge helped me SO much! He went above and beyond to help me get my phone set up. I am so thankful for this young man's help. He is the best asset in that store. He is the absolute best!!! He needs a raise!!! He gave the best customer service that I ever had, hands down!!!!! What a big help!!!

I have a medical condition so I called the store to find out how they could help expedite my experience to limit my time in the store with the mask. Ashley the manager was awesome! She had me come in & had a senior rep Mike waiting for me. He was incredible and even got the assistant store manager involved so i could have The fastest experience there! I loved it!

My boyfriend and I were switching over from another carrier and I couldn’t say greater things about how Angel and Pat treated us. They were knowledgeable, professional, and helped us 100 percent with the switch. I would 10/10 recommended them for any of our needs in the future and will be referring our friends/family to them as well!

Went in to the Wyomissing Store in Spring Township to get a line for my son. I will say the customer service was the best. Ryan did an amazing job walking me and my family through many options regarding our plan for an additional phone line, but adding iwatches as well. We are even contemplating adding DirectTV to our account being that Comcast is the absolute worst both with prices and customer service. If you are looking for help with AT&T I would suggest this store. It was full when we went in, but everyone was patient and the other customers were satisfied with the help they were given while we were there. The staff here are the nicest, patient and understanding when you ask many questions. Thank you, Ryan for all your help.

UPDATE... Just received our bill and I am just shocked to see it is $130 more than what we were told our bill would be after we made the additions to our contract. We have been loyal AT&T customers for over ten years. Hope the staff will be able to rectify the issues at hand.

FOLLOW UP... As stated above, the staff here at this location is really amazing. They were able to see the issues with our billing statement and took care of all the billing issue. AT&T, you need to do better with your billing, for the sake of your customers and your employees at the AT&T stores. Your staff shouldn't have to deal with upset customers due to your billing practices. As I stated above, this location is one of the best in my hometown. I truly appreciate the employees and I hope you pay them well, considering all the time they take to help walk you through everything. I will continue to do business at this location.
