I'm a musician. Too much loud music I'm sure and have some severe loss. Better Hearing is professional and friendly. They answer all my detailed questions. My aids have been a great choice and getting them serviced has been very easy. If you're shopping for aids you WILL get what you pay for. Good aids are pricey regardless where you go. Better Hearing will have competitive prices and fine after-sale service. I've been to others in Berks - go here.

Everyone was very pleasant. I found Mindy to be very thorough and wasn’t just there to sell me hearing aids. I was there in 2019 and got aids which she just reprogrammed them. Lucky me☺🍀

All my interactions with Berks Hearing Professionals have been excellent. They are very friendly and care about their patients. Dr. Brudereck was very kind and knowledgeable. I was given a thorough hearing test and she was very good at explaining the results. Although my hearing has diminished somewhat, she did not attempt to sell me on hearing aids. I appreciate their service and will return next year when it is time for another hearing test. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Thank you for your request to write a review of my recent visit. The entire visit was less than 10 minutes, and I will probably write more after my hearing aid is repaired and I pick it up. When I originally called, the receptionist was very accommodating and scheduled an appointment because the wire on my hearing aid broke and needed repair. The audiologist did not have the needed part but ordered it for me.

Absolutely one of the best places for hearing, have had 2 instances where I was in a jam, and this company is 100% on top of it. I would highly recommend.

All my experiences with Berks Hearing have been great all thru my journey of a Hearing test and fitting and purchasing my Hearing aids. All of the staff are great.

I chose to go to Berks Hearing Professionals rather than buying hearing aids over the counter. I am so glad I did. Great evaluation, care and discussion of options. Received aids in two days and were set-up in the office. 3-year warranty, visits and any included service. Very happy so far!

I take my uncle to this place & they always treat him with respect & always call me to tell me when he is over due for a visit & it’s helps so much due to my hectic schedule . I highly recommend .

This review is long overdue. My audiologist, Dr. MacDonald, is great. He’s very professional, courteous and always displays a sincere interest in my hearing issues. Even better, he has resolved every issue I’ve had with my hearing aids and the associated Smartphone app. I know I’ve had at least one issue that I was sure could not be resolved, but thought I would ask anyway. Much to my surprise, Dr. MacDonald resolved it. I have to travel far (by my standards) to reach the Wyomissing office, but knowing that my hearing loss is being treated quite capably by Dr. MacDonald makes it worth the drive.

I had a great experience with Mindy at Berks Hearing Professionals. I can not overemphasize the importance of having a doctor of audiology test and fit you for hearing aids (many firms use audiologists only). She immediately understood my particular medical condition and made professional recommendations for treatment which made perfect sense to me. She had previously helped my wife with her hearing problems and continues to follow up with hearing aid support. Thanks Dr. Mindy!

Dr. MacDonald is professional, personable and competent. He thoroughly explained the procedures and results as well as future recommendations. I felt comfortable and informed in his presence.

My hearing aid charger stopped working for the left hearing aid. I was able to get an appointment for the day after I called and at a time that was convenient for me. Dr. McDonald checked my hearing aids and a loaner charger to make sure all were functioning properly. My charger was sent to be checked and repaired. I am very impressed by the care offered at Berks Hearing Professionals.

Dr. Broderick is a wonderful audiologist. I have been with her practice since it started in Wyomissing and would not go anywhere else. I highly recommend her for any hearing issues.
