Great shopping 🛒 experience for the wife, and myself as we looked for things on our list of things wish for by our loved ones.

The store 🏬 was well stocked and reasonably priced and the best part of the whole shopping experience was the friendly helpful staff.

Hot Topic has been my go-to place for shirts, jewelry, socks, etc. Their products are a bit pricy, BUT they are really good quality. None of my shirts have faded from how much they are washed/worn. The employees reach out to you, ask you your interests, and hold conversations with you. It is a really amazing place to go

Store is a clean, traditional Hot Topic. Everything was in order and in accessible places as it should be. Stock is well maintained, and overstock doesn't look like overstock.

Save for one employee who wanted to talk about work more than do work, employees are helpful and knowledgeable... Or best that can be considering changing inventory and confusing layouts I assume it's from cooperate.

Constructive criticism: customers are more important than conversations, and shirts should be more easily located: they are alphabetical, but they're not. Hard to be when you have the alphabet split on two walls, eg with different Sailor Moon shirts on each.

Staff is always helpful especially when they almost never have my size in stock. They'll order it in for me right to store. They also always let me know when I come in what new pops are out for their store that week. This location is one of my favorites that I've been to.

The store is always clean and in order and the associates are super kind and friendly. I always stop in when I'm at the mall even if I'm not going to be buying anything. I always get greeted and asked if I can be helped in anyway.

The Berkshire Mall Hot Topic staff is awesome! They have always gone out of their way to make sure they help us. Mercy on the nightshift always gas a huge smile when we walk in. I have seen upset customers at the company policy in there and they always leave smiling.

I love the place because it has a good variety of anime, t shirts, and funko pops. I come here almost every weekend because I enjoy all the stuff they have. And for that, I give it a 5 star rating

My daughter loves this place for their graphic tees. Helpful friendly staff and great music playing.

I love the quality of there products. Everybody is always ready to serve and help out in any way they can be of assistance. The place is friendly to everybody regardless of age, and they have something for everyone.

Forever will love going here to shop. Somehow always have dresses in my size. The workers are amazing and helpful.

I have shopped here since my kids where younger and now I gi there to get stuff for the grandkids. It's a great place to shop.
