Ok to start off the staff are the greatest. Me an my daughter were in the fri 9/21/18 to look at the dogs. They took the time letting us see all the puppies we wanted to see . We found a puppy we fell in love with. She was a Australian shep eskimo. We love her. We all thank you for all your help an also for the new member of my family.

I bought a dog from there it's amazing dog I love him so much I called camander I love him but I think he might be retarded because he runs around in circle chasing. After his tail and he makes noises that are weird he barks at things that aren't there but he's ok I love him

The puppies are all in good health I enjoy strolling through here. I see a few handicap people who enjoy and even get therapy from holding these puppies. People keep your politics to yourself and out of the store. It’s a business that employs people the dogs are in great health (my wife is a vet) and we stop in all the time great place for children too hold and pet the puppies!!!

Very clean, very friendly and attentive staff. The prices for animals were a little high however they do not come from puppy mills, you get what you pay for.

Pet experts is owned and operated in a expert way,with that said,I love going here and seeing all the puppies and snakes!!when iam done playing with a puppy or 2 of my choice,the experts in training are so nice helpful and their knowledge really is 2nd to none to help me get the supplies that I need that day!!the prices are very competitive. 😊

I always loved coming here to pet the puppies that they put in the play pens. They really upped their game just recently though. When i went in the other day all the employees walked around and asked "do you have any questions about the animals?" i asked about the one cockatiel who had some pretty banged up feathers. Usually the birds are kept very well so i was shocked to see this one so battered. The employee replied that the bird was just recently given to them by someone who didn't want it anymore. She also mentioned that she used to own a cockateil. I was very happy that the employees were knowlegable with the animals in their care and also had previous animal knowlege.

I got my blood hound there 9 years ago ! This place is still open, they are doing something right! I’m going back to look for another puppy! Unfortunately my dog passed away in November!

The animals are very well taken care of. I also love how they have them out so you can play with them

Poor mans zoo in here compared to pet smart& others,my boysz love passn thru everytime we're in the mall..it like a mini field trip having to explain the different breeds of dog,birds,snakes,fish ect so i guess its kinda educational 5stars take yuh kid

I got my pet from here and couldn't be happier!! I always gotta stop by on my way through the mall to see all the animals. Wish it was a bit bigger.

Has everything you need for your pets. If you like a certain dog you can ask someone who works there to let you hold the dog.
