I was sent to the children’s journeys after an unpleasant experience at the adult store. The employees/manager were so kind and helpful. When they didn’t have the shoes in stock they went the extra mile to check the website and surrounding stores. Then even helped refund my purchase. Thank you for the amazing customer service
