The Home Depot

Hey amazing followers. Today I normally review food but my home started breaking down and I wanted to say that thanks to "the home depot" I found what I needed. Also learn few things about changing valve and dry wall hahaha

I visited this store to look at barn doors and was immediately greeted at customer service by a charming gentleman named Frank. He pointed me in the direction of the product I was looking for. As I looked at the doors there was no one back there, or they were busy. But along came a forklift, he was picking something up..but HE STOPPED to see if I needed help. Top notch customer service in my book. He told me he had to drop off what he was picking up but he would come back to help me. His name was Aaron. Aaron was SOO HELPFUL! He took the time to answer my questions and complete my order for me. Truly the BEST!

Greeted at customer service by a very helpful courteous gentleman by the name of Frank. He brought a smile to my Face by making the customer feel welcomed and important. He is an excellent representative of this company.

Staff is always available to help locate items that are hard to find. They always offer to help load my vehicle even if I get there just before closing. This visit I arrived about 45 minutes before closing time. By the time I loaded everything on my cart and checked out they were locking the doors behind me. I had a lot to load into my truck. After the lights went off and at least 15 minutes after closing time a young man came out and offered to help me load my truck. I was taken back as it was well past the time he was scheduled to work. I declined his offer to allow him to get home to his family or stay on schedule for whatever plans he may have had after work. You don't get that type of service from most businesses anymore.

Came all the way here from Lebanon because they had the right tile in stock. The bad thing was that they were out on the floor level. Found a lady in the paint department (next to flooring) and she found a young man to get a forklift and get the skid down so we could get our correct tile. Great service.

Russ was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when my husband and I were trying to decide on bathroom tile/flooring. Thanks, Russ!

I do a lot of DYI projects and I have always been a fan of The Home Depot. I personally think they have a better selection than any of the other home improvement stores. The Wyomissing location is by far my favorite store out of all the other local locations. I always appreciate their helpful advise and also their after season sales when I find a lot of great discounts on stuff I can use

This is the nearest home depot store around me. Love going in person to look around and get a good look at what I am buying. Good staff, helpful and nice. And love getting my Milwaukee Tools!!! They always have what I need in stock.

I’ve had two great experiences with customer service here.

In the latest, Erin (according to my receipt) price matched some totes for me so I didn't have to drive across town to where they were cheaper.

They even price matched and beat, so she saved me like $50. I was so happy I had to write this. Thank you Erin with Customer Service! ☺

Bought paint the young men helped and were very polite

The garden center had everything I was looking for plant wise. Much better selection than the other big box hardware store.

Home depot was busy. We went in looking for pellet stoves. An associate guided us to the garden center. Where we found two. We purchased one of them. We used our Home Depot gift cards. We love coming to Home Depot. We usually have Ranger with us. Pet friendly store. Customer service has cookies for the pups visiting the store.

My experience there was great I enjoyed it it was a great place to buy tools and the service will be good there

They had exactly what we wanted in stock and plenty very happy with how it turned out

I went to find a plant stand and exchange my propane tank. When I was in the parking lot a nice gentleman in his orange apron asked if I’d like help putting it in my trunk. I said yes and I wanted to give him a $1 tip for helping me but he just smiled and said no. It’s nice when young people will help you.

I love this Home Depot mainly for the customer service. Staff is very friendly and they approach me for assistance because when I looked lost. Also when I purchased paint for my home they was extremely knowledgeable and even grabbed the paint cans for me after I explained my home project. That might seem basic but I guarantee most stores just point to the right direction. I know from experience.

Home Depot is obviously trying hard to be the lumber yard of choice. On my visit of 3/09/22 help was immediately offered as I walked in the door and the offer was sincere. Other employees who offered help were Aulbrey and Bill. Service goes a long way to obtaining and keeping customers who will return for future purchases. Keep up the good work.
