Great selection of merchandise. The store was well stocked. I've noticed since Covid some stores have a limited selection. That's not the case at Old Navy. Everything is organized and easy to find. The customer service team was very friendly and helpful.

I never got anything from old navy before but I tried something Facebook advertised and now I'm hooked! Went to the store today and found 3 nice tops. Great price and the material is so soft! I guess I'm an old navy gal now.

I love shopping for clothes here all the time. Their ants fit me just right and they have many different sizes for everybody. They have good deals at certain times of the year that I do recommend waiting for when they happen because I had gotten 200$ worth of jeans for only a 100$.

Old navy is always z great place to go for inexpensive but cute clothes. Went later in the evening and not crowded at all. Found some great items on sale... including socks for only 99¢!!! All sales associates were friendly and masked!!

I dont really shop at old navy but when I do it's always a positive experience. I had to get a very specific shirt and swimsuit combo for a family event. Anywhere else I wouldn't have been able to find the things I needed but old navy had it and more. Great experience and the staff was very polite and helpful.

Associate made my exchange easy and problem free, and price matched my jeans in a different color because they didn't have my size in the pair I wanted.

Although the clearance area is small, I'm always able to find a great deal here. The styles are contemporary and perfect for shorter thinner guys. Sizes that are often difficult to find anywhere else.

Hours are great. Prices are especially great if you have a coupon. Clothing quality is great. Needs a bit more variety of clothing though. The checkout line is also a bit cramped most times.

This location is super clean and organized. I found the cutest dress for 9.99 and I love their "Kindred Goods Orange Blossom" roll on perfume!!

It is s great to have an Old Navy store in Reading PA with a good variety of clothes for the whole family.

Got some really great summer tops and shorts. They have a lot of cute stuff for kids and grown ups a like to get you ready for the summer. Bathing suits and flip flops for kids too.

I go to Old Navy because my son loves the clothes there. I used to shop at Old Navy. It's way too expensive for me now!

They now have employees all around the store with remote devices to make your purchase. Perfect for someone like me who hates to shop and wants to just get what they need and get out.

A good Old Navy, if I ever did see one. They had clothes and snacks and more clothes. The service was good and friendly and the store was clean. Yey!

Love going here for deal, sometimes the wait in line can be long, they now have a designated area for credit/debit sales which got me out faster! It was great

It is Old Navy. Nothing fancy but always great deals. Was larger than I expected. Fast lines considering how busy they were.
