This store has the best customer service of any other store I have been to. The employees are extremely helpful. I have not used The Geek Squad. But overall the best Best Buy.

Had an urgent issue occur and I had confidence Best Buy could resolve it. While simply cleaning my Samsung Galaxy A13 screen apparently I pressed to hard leaving the device inoperable. This cell phone is how I currently stay employed and without it I wouldn't be able to work until resolved. I immediately started looking into my options and the best place I could come up with at that moment was Best Buy. I can't complain about the wait time, within a five to seven minutes I had an associate looking into my best options for a new unlocked phone that would satisfy my needs and didn't break my bank account. $279.00 later I was set and the associate patiently walked me through the set up and did all he could to his knowledge. I'm extremely pleased that I chose Best Buy to help me resolve this issue and I won't hesitate next time to visit Best Buy again if I encounter another problem. Thank you Best Buy associates for helping me!

Went there to research an electronic item, and the employee gave us a lot of his time and knowledge. We traveled to the phone center to get another knowledgeable employee. Let the store feeling as if customer service is important there.

We bought a TV at the Reading store. Jason in the TV area is excellent. Tells the good, bad, and ugly about the TV you want to buy.

Changed from in store pickup to curbside. The employee that was handling the curbside orders was fast and on point. From the time I arrived, switched to curbside, was loaded, and left was 15 minutes. And that's a stretch.

One of the better Best Buy locations that I've ben to. This location is larger than most and carries a very good variety of the products BB sells. Thr store always seems stocked and the staff there is friendly and knowledgeable.

Covid safety precautions are in place at this Best Buy... I had an shopping experience here today: an associate greeted me upon entrance & asked if I needed any assistance. Since I did need help, he took my name & what I wanted to buy. A few minutes later, another store employee approached and helped me to find the items on my list. The checkout cashier did an excellent job ringing up my purchases... Just remember that they only allow a 14 day window in which to bring back any returns & it's refunded to the card used to buy the item(s). Overall, I highly recommend. 👍

Have been going here for many years. Some light say it's a staple of the wyomissing area. Just like any other best buy you might go to. Decent selection, good service. Can't complain about this one, that's for sure.

Best Buy,well, it's the BEST!! I love the variety of products they carry. The name brands and selection is awesome 👍. The salespeople are very professional and friendly. More than happy to help in any way they can. Everyone is so knowledgeable about all the items in their department. And if they can't help they will find someone who can. They are not pushy in any way at all. They don't try to sell you something you don't need. They helped me compare the pros and cons of a certain printer I was going to buy so I could make the best choice for my needs. I really appreciate that. I also purchased the Total Tech coverage for a few years for discount price. If you're anything like me, and with my luck, I need the extra coverage on warranty issues. I AM definitely recommending Best Buy in Wyomissing PA.

Love this store! Made a purchase super fast and efficient. Had geek squad install and was wonderful. Quick scheduling and installers were super quick and efficient- had extra supplies on truck to cover the wires after installation . Two installers very cheerful and pleasant! Super nice.

Not sure why Best Buy gets so many negative reviews, it’s still a great place for electronics. I’ve bought a lot of things here over the years, never had any issues, was in getting a modem today and they have a huge selection.

My IPhone was frozen. Went to AT&T where I have my account. I was told that they only sold phones. So I went to Best Buy. Their technician. Resolved the problem. I purchased a new screen saver and he installed it and cleaned up my phone and now it looks like new. Abig thank you to him.

The best technology store

Went it to get my laptop serviced, and the guys here immediately recognized the issue and it fixed in less than ten minutes, with maybe maybe a two minute wait before. They were very friendly and walked through the problem solving with me looking on. So not only did they fix my issue, but, I received the gift of knowledge. Felt more like I took my computer over to my friend's house than to a business. Thanks!

I took the time to write this review because in all my years I have never been treated so well. I had problems with a TV that I bought online the treatment of the employees was excellent. I got a bigger TV for the same price. I am very grateful from now on I will be a client.
