Log Cabin Inn

Quaint in a restored log cabin. Service was prompt and efficient. Server answered all our questions politely with a smile. Food was excellent. I had the Reuben sandwich with sweet potato fries. Sandwich was delicious. Fries were good, but some were undercooked. Companion had a hamburger and regular fries. He enjoyed it immensely. The hamburger was perfectly cooked. Fries were hot and well cooked.
Atmosphere was good.
I plan on returning to try some other items.

AMAZING! We had reservations (probably a good idea) at 3:00 and got there a bit early. Had drinks at the bar real quick, nothing special and then we got to the table.

Stuffed mushrooms were amazing, Bavarian pretzels were great. I had the Surf and Turf open face burger and it was amazing. Lobster in a cheese sauce on a burger patty on a Texas toast slice. With a soft fried egg on top! It was very hard to understand what it was but when I ate it didn’t matter, it was amazing!

Was told the Lemon cake was awesome. Absolutely going to go back and would go out of my way to make this a dinner or lunch option.

It was pretty busy the entire time we were there so make sure to get there early or have a reservation if they do it.

Absolutely great facility, parking was no issue and nice little inside seating area if you do have to wait.

A must stop if you’re in the area! The food is always good and great views from the dining room. The steak salad is one of my personal favorites, but everything I have tried here has been good! This time we got the steak salad, pork osso bucco, and spinach artichoke dip.

Our 2nd visit for lunch. This place is absolutely amazing. Service, atmosphere, and food are top notch. I had the Vanilla Bean salad. It might have been the best salad I have ever had!!!

My daughter and I found this great restaurant on Google maps while heading home from our fall girl’s trip. We were able to be seated immediately and the food was amazing! Log building with some fun interior decor. We have since stopped back again and the wait was too long. A reservation might be a good idea. Food was great and service was attentive. A nice vibe overall!

They have great food. Their wait staff is top notch. Since they increased the parking lot there is plenty of parking.

Food was delicious. Stopped for lunch when we were in the area. I did have reservations but it looked like around 230pm on a Saturday we could have had no problems getting a table. Our server was wonderful and so nice. We ordered the shrimp and broccoli Alfredo and the half fish sandwich and fries with a side of ranch dressing. Everything was delicious. Can’t wait to return.

We had a wonderful evening with our friends enjoying some fabulous food!! The vanilla bean chicken salad was super delicious but the star of the show was the peanut butter pie! Chef’s kiss! Our server Landon did an amazing job keeping up with our group of 8 all by herself! She really went above and beyond to make our experience an enjoyable one! I would highly recommend this restaurant and can’t wait to return!

4.5/5, but we round up here. I definitely recommend making a reservation before you go, especially on a weekend. Our service was fantastic. The atmosphere is beautiful. The food was for the most part great. We started with the Jalapeño stuffed shrimp, which were piping hot and the perfect blend of sweet, sour, spicy. The Cajun cod and shrimp were great, fish was perfect, shrimp were rubbery. The sirloin was cooked to perfection and was so tender it basically melted in your mouth. We had a hard time with sides. Coleslaw was dry, and basically flavorless. Fries were cold, and had no seasoning. The star for me was the Irish cream crème brulee. Absolutely delicious for a March feature. Will definitely be back again.

Service was great but, they could have used a 2nd bartender. She was great! Just caught in a rush. I bet having a manager bar back and expedite to the customer during the busy times would help. As they say, 'just sayin.' Outside of that....FANTASTIC!!! Atmosphere, service, food, ($1.50 Yuengling bottles all day/everyday.. thank you!) I was amazed to actually see one star reviews of the place! Who does that to a place like this? I asked the bartender and another nice lady sitting at the bar who also worked there. (That alone says so much about the place) 'Why do you guys have 1 star reviews?' The both admitted 'we can just be mean sometimes.' 🤣🤣🤣 I totally get it! That's why I drive a truck! People are difficult to please these days. The atmosphere alone would give this 3 stars. Add one for cleanliness and you still haven't even tried the food! Mine was great. I am looking forward to another delivery to your area.

Bread and butter to start is very tasty.
Pretzels and beer cheese are a 10/10 (forgot to take photo until after I enjoyed most of them).
I had a margarita Flatbread that was tasty as well.
There can be a wait at dinner times, but it's not busy during the day.

Since my original review we have been back to the Log Cabin several times. While we were still happy with most things, I have to say that the atmosphere was not good based on where we sat. The speaker near where we were sitting was very static. While this may not bother some people, I have a sensory-neuro problem it ruined my experience. I brought it to the servers attention but nothing was done. It made me anxious, disoriented, nauseous and gave me a migraine. I expected better from them.

We made reservations because it was around the holidays and that was a good thing. The food was delicious - my husband had pork chops and whipped sweet potatoes, he loved it and I had fish and salad and it was so good. We shared a piece of peanut butter pie - YUM We will be heading back soon. The atmosphere is rustic and just the right lighting.

Phenomenal experience from beginning to end! The location has extraordinary views and a unique setting. Whether your going for casual lunch or for a special dinner, this restaurant offers fantastic foods at reasonable prices. I was blown away by the attention to detail provided by the wait staff. The food was delicious and the overall experience was delightful! I would recommend this place hands down! The do offer take out as well. In the fall, the views are even better when the leaves change colors. The only down side-- they offer 1 time use straws wrapped in plastic. Hopefully, down the road, they either discontinue straws completely or don't offer them unless the customers request one. I will definitely be back!

First let me say we had the best server ever. Her name was Lydia and you should ask to sit in her section. The food was tremendous. Fresh hot bread with warm butter to start. We got the jalapeño stuffed shrimp as appetizers. You coke tell they were hand stuffed and breaded. Big shrimp and not overstuffed. I got the Sasquatch burger and my wife got the steak salad. Both outstanding. It does take a little longer for food to arrive but that’s because it’s all being made to order. No frozen pre made stuff. Great atmosphere and reasonably priced for what you get. Full bar and lots of custom cocktails. Definitely stop here!!

First time here and would definitely go back. Place was built around an historic log cabin. Great atmosphere and service. The menu alone is hard to choose from since everything sounds so good! And they didn't disappoint, all food in our party looked and tasted great

Lovely location in the woods. The food had various price points so nothing seemed unreasonable in price. Variety of dishes were good, ran out of Burgers if people wanted for lunch, but that's nit-picking. Had everything else. The seasonal drinks were tasty, and reasonably priced. Food was in large portions so again you received your money's worth. Food was quickly prepared and very tasty. I highly recommend the Log Cabin Inn.
