T & M Hardware & Rental

I cannot recommend them highly enough! The weather forecasted for our planned picnic in Ewing Park for my mother's 100th birthday turned ugly. T & M assured me the patio heaters I rented (long distance and with a short lead time) would arrive on time and in good working order. They brought them from another store, delivered and set them up on time at a very reasonable price, and saved the day. Thank you, thank you, T & M Hardware!

The (friendly, polite) Staff members are very knowledgeable about their departments and if you have an unrelated question, they always know who to ask. Very rarely do I leave there without a solution to the problem that brought me there in the first place, even if it isn't the same plan of attack shopping list I had going in.

Excellent customer service. Helped me figure which items I needed to fix a hose and then suggested I get a whole new house instead because the components cost more than a new hose. Fast, efficient key-making machine. Friendly employees!

A very nice store. Prices are a bit high on some items though. The little blond girl in the front was very knowledgeable and very helpful. That kind of attitude goes a long way these days as most people hate their jobs and put forth little effort helping others. Great customer service is priceless these days.

It's a somewhat small store but more times than not they've had exactly what I've needed. Very friendly people are always working there, they've been quite helpful over the years I've been stopping in.

This is my local hardware store. They have live bait. They make keys. They fill propane tanks. They have mulch. They sell fishing licenses. In my experience, the staff are helpful and knowledgeable without being overbearing. I buy bits and sockets here. I buy live bait. I buy fishing licenses and hooks. In the spring I buy mulch, bulbs in the fall. I pop in for stain or varnish once in a while, fittings, oddments, you get the picture. Good American tools. It feels like a real neighborhood hardware store because it is one.

Jay and the crew are the best! Very knowledgeable, helpful and care about their customers. A huge plus for the community.

When I needed intricate parts t&m hardware was the only place that gave me complete customer service and follow through with me to my project was complete. Then asked me to come back and let them know next time I'm in the store how things went.

T&M is my go to for almost every project around the house and their individual fastener / nut / bolt aisles have supplied more parts to vehicles than I care to admit. Saved the day more times than I can count.

Dave, Jay and Mary Ellen have a great team in Harmony. They know their regulars and treat everyone well. They carry a wide selection of hardware, grills, still power equipment and carhartt clothing. Also, Rv supplies, large fastener section and the seasonal things you may need. Their rental department is great. Fair prices with reliable equipment.

T&M is a place that you can go, have a conversation with a knowledgeable human and you can find hardware and other items that are either buried so far into the big box stores, or they just don't carry! The rental center is very reasonable as well!

Comfortable feel, helpful sales associates, great selection, this hometown Hardware Store goes out of their way to help you and whatever way they can. They are never in a hurry to rush you out, but will help you for as long as it takes.
