Process was simple. Sales associate Justin was awesome. Discussed our furniture needs with us, listened well, and landed us on exactly what we were looking for. Couldn't ask for a better experience as a consumer.

Great store and people to have business with. I absolutely love my furniture and would highly recommend. The owner kept me informed regarding when my furniture order was being shipped, delivered, etc. They delivered it to me the same day it was delivered to the store!

Justin brought us through the doors and we got the sectional we were looking for in our price range. Mark and his wife took care of us!

I have used Speedy Furniture 3 other times before today. I just moved my father to our home and needed a dresser ASAP. I told Mark and his wife my situation and they are loaning my father a chest of drawers until our order comes in. Talk about customer service! I guarantee no other furniture store would do this. This is the place to go to. Super friendly, will spend as much time as needed with you. They make you feel at home! ❤

We worked with Mark who was super nice and knowledgeable. I felt no pressure and he left me to decide with my son and fiancee. But always was there to give me feedback, prices and professional experience to each of the pieces I had select. Really a great experience and you can't beat the quality and prices. Friends of ours recommended Speedys to us back in 2018 when we bought our first house and were looking to furnish it affordably. Since then we have bought a sectional, recliner, dining room set, bedroom set, and two mattresses from them. We keep going back because we love all of our Speedys furniture--it has held up well over the years and doesn't break the bank! We have also had only positive interactions with the employees there. They are very knowledgeable about their inventory but don't hover or pressure you the way some furniture store employees do. They would give us helpful information, answer our questions, then leave us to walk around and try things out for ourselves. They are good, genuine people and we are happy to support their business and recommend them to anyone looking for good quality furniture at affordable prices!

Stopped in and bought a coffee table and 3 end table Personal and friendly service! The salesperson/owner sat with me as I drew my room on paper and made very helpful suggestions on what would look best etc.. Even took a few bucks off the price. Can't ask for more!

Over the past year, I have made a few purchases from the Cranberry/Harmony location. I have been very pleased with the quality of the furniture, especially the bookcases, the Fossil recliner, and Fossil sofa. Mark and Justin are always very helpful and respectful. Their willingness to assemble certain items, like the bookcases, is appreciated and it eliminates a sometimes time consuming and frustrating process for those who do not like to put things together. I plan to return to the Cranberry/Harmony store again and highly recommend this location.

Mark and the team at Speedy Cranberry helped us find just the right sectional for our oddly shaped living room. The furniture was delivered promptly, and we chose to pick up at the store because my husband has dump trucks for our business and Mark and Justin both played the ultimate game of Tetris and helped us load! We were very appreciative of that. They also helped us same day find an entertainment stand that fit our style and large TV! We will recommend and send our friends - and when we find a new home someday - we know where to come! Thanks again

The staff at Speedy are very friendly and helpful and the sectional that we purchased is fantastic. The staff worked quickly to set up a shipping date through their subcontractor.

On the day of the shipment, we received a call that the truck had broken down and that we would receive the shipment that evening, however, after the store had closed for the evening the shipping company realized they would not be able to make it and did not call (not the fault of Speedy at all!).

The next day, the owner worked with me to determine a time that he could bring the sectional in his own vehicle. After we had realized that the timing would not have worked, my fiancé and I decided to rent a Uhaul and pick up the sectional ourselves. When I called to tell the owner, he immediately refunded our shipping cost AND paid for the Uhaul.

Although there was a hiccup, we definitely plan to shop here in the future for any of our furniture needs. And oh ya, we love the sectional!

Had the best experience possible! Mark the owner was amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me eight sofas within my budget all varying sizes and colors. Kevin was so helpful with my purchase addressing any questions I had and showed us multiple accessory options to go with our couch. Justin was so helpful loading all the pieces to our couch into the truck and also extremely careful. Highly recommend and will certainly be back!
