Sometimes they have a limited selection but that's not really them to blame just inventory. However, when they do have selections that catch my eye there's this one shorter pixie haired cut woman who walks with me down the isles and picks out pars with me. Her and I selected the entire Unisa Chelsea Boot collection last fall in all 5 colors that I got (the picture shows the blue and black) she finally got me to get the taupe khaki and red ones!, ever since she greets me with "So what style are we going for today?"

I got a pair of timberlands and a pair of the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned for a total of $96! You can't beat it.

My goal was to find a casual-ish tie-up chukka boot in black, which I did. The selection of shoes is plentiful and the store is kept tidy. Boot and workshoe brands include Hush Puppies, Florsheim, Timberland, and others. Full range from formal dress to athletic.
Service at the front end was quick, professional, and friendly.

I don't normally give 5's to retail places but the guy that greeted us and helped my son was awesome!!! Helped him with finding different styles and ordered the shoes he wanted when they didn't have what he liked in the color he wanted. And a bonus was they left me alone to find what I was looking for myself (which I prefer in most cases if I know where what I'm looking for is), I had absolutely no issue with finding what I wanted and even bought myself 2 pair which I don't think I've ever done. Girl at register was great with everything as well.

Awesome staff! Jessica is the best! I needed a pair of shoes to match a new dress of mine. The ones I ordered were odd looking. Jessica helped me confirm the negatives and positives with me then double checked for a size up and they were perfect!

The dang map was wrong! Great shoes, but the store is down the street by the strip mall by the outbrack…the place with the tasty broomin onyin. For your health!

Fantastic selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good men's selection with larger sizes available when compared to other local retailers. Also has a huge online selection if they don't happen to have your size or style in store at the time.

The manager Sandy was extremely helpful, even assisting in placing an online order for an out of stock item. And The place was clean and orderly-even the ladies room-cleanest restroom i have used in years, seriously! DSW rocks!

I love buying designer shoes at lower prices, and getting rewarded for it. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Dining and more shopping are close by.
