FedEx Ship Center

After FedEx Ground said that my package was delivered but was not, calling FedEx was no help at all. I drove to this location last week and met Dave. He contacted Oaks but I still got no package. Yesterday I drove here again and spoke again to Dave. He was very helpful and sympathetic to my concern. He called the Oaks service center and later I called them. Well today, I got my package, 6 days late. Apparently FedEx has issues with contracted-out drives and employees. Instead of delivering the package they just scan it delivered. Thanks Dave.

great service. was in area on business no access to printer gentlemen behind counter went of his way let me send label to his personal email and printed it out for me affixed it to package. best fed ex I've ever felt with
