Ease to do business with. Also answered all my questions and truly felt my best interest were being looked out for.

Super easy to get setup online and competitive pricing, I was overpaying on my insurance before I came to Brendan and the team.

Brendan is awesome! He is extremely helpful, has great communication, and is very kind. He got me a great bundle deal on my house and car insurance. It was affordable and they gave me more coverage then any of my old insurance companies. They are hands down the best insurance company I had yet. I would recommend them to anyone! I am very stratified with his service and I am glad I joined AllState!

I have changed so many insurance companies over the years to save money. Casper agency is by far the beat service I have received yet, and their rates are great for my needs. All the agents are extremely friendly and seem to genuinely care about giving you the best experience. Keep up the great work guys!

My review is horribly long so I will summarize here for those who wish to skip the lengthy detailed review portion.

Cons:
*Insurance laws and prices (NOT a fault of the agency just the way it is unfortunately)
*Humans are not perfect and computers sometimes don't cooperate (in other words, Yes mistakes have been made)

Pros:
*The whole team employed at this agency that I have ever dealt with have all been wonderful to associate with and they genuinely care, they are not just bottom line about the $
*When mistakes have been made, they have done everything possible to correct them and compensate however possible for any losses caused by those errors.
*They have ALWAYS done everything within their ability to get the best prices and coverage allowable and they do NOT push you just to make a buck!

Now for my short story review for whoever wishes to read it:
Brendan and the rest of the people on the office that I have dealt with have all been awesome to deal with for my insurance needs. I no longer reside anywhere near the office address and even so; I'd never met any of them in person for the numerous years that I have been an Allstate customer. Surprisingly, the whole agency knows my voice before I even need to say my name when I call. They work with you personally for your needs and try to help within their limits in every way possible. They have no control over the insurance company or the state laws, particularly so, prices. However, they do try to make sure that you get the best value and all savings and discounts possible to ensure that the value and cost are the best they can be working with the factors that are outside their control. They have helped me with the basics, along with difficult insurance situations and have never steered me wrong. I had a previous Allstate agency who was OK but then totally sucked and Brendan and his team helped fix all the broken pieces and the mess the previous agency left behind. They have gone out of their way to help as well as above and beyond. My relationship to anyone in their office is all professional, I do NOT know any of them personally either in the office or outside of the office. I say this because a lot of times in today's world, sadly, it can be hard to realize who is being honest with reviews or not. My Google profile shows that I have reviewed many business's so if you have any doubt about the validity and honesty of my review, just check my profile. Oh, and every place and person has pros and cons, people are just that, human people. On that note, I can confirm that in my history with this agency, there have been errors made by staff members, perhaps due to technical difficulties or perhaps just human error. They are not perfect or infallible but they do their best which is all anyone can really ask for in another person, business or personal. In addition, when those mistakes were made, the agency took every step to rectify the situation and made all attempts to compensate for any losses due to their error.

So there you have it, sorry it's a long review, a short book to read lol, although I'd rather give a long honest review than a short and uninformative one.

I am saving so much money with Drivewise, combined with home insurance. I drive very few miles in a year but I live in an area that doesn´t have public transportation. I get charged by the miles I drive. Every month and a half or more my credit card is charged for the miles. Very easy on the budget!

Insurance. A rather dull and boring subject to me. I've honestly never really understood it except it was something I needed to buy and hopefully never use. Car insurance was easier to understand than my homeowners policy which I really could never begin to understand.
I had the pleasure of working with Brendan Casper a couple of months ago. He patiently listened to my questions. He also patiently waited for me to find the answers to his questions. I kept apologizing to him for my complete lack of understanding and he was very kind and professional with me.
