This was my second purchase within 5 years. I was still super happy with my previous vehicle, but was looking to upgrade. Jeremy and the rest of the team was awesome to work w! Couldn't have asked for a better experience

One of the easiest experiences I've had buying a used car. Jeremy S. really got everything coordinated before I got there. Took extra time and care to make sure I simply had to test drive and sign a my name a few times.The car is fantastic, and I definitely recommend this place, ask for Jeremy!

My husband and I were there Saturday just to browse the inventory looking for a car. Totally was not expecting to purchase anything, but we found a gem. Our salesman Jeremy was great! We drove the car away after a smooth and seamless process. Our son was smiling ear to ear knowing this car was for him.

I dealt with a specific salesman (whose names I’ll keep anonymous), about the 2016 Chevrolet Malibu I was interested in. I was only allowed to drive the car on the lot and not off the lot due to covid-19, which makes no sense, because why allow me to drive it at all? I asked him for an invoice -- sends me one without an interest rate. I asked him what would my interest rate be? Tells me, it would be 8.89% (72 months, $219 monthly payment, car is listed at $11,988.00) and that’s the best rate I could get anywhere. Complete bs. Considering, the Federal Reserve cut interest rates 3 times in 2019. Plus, I have excellent credit. Here are two other false statements he made:

- I never had a loan before (I have several loans in name)
- I have no credit card established (I had a credit card for 6 years)

They called me back and said they found better rates and my payments would be under $200 monthly. But they didn't see that the first time when they ran my credit?

Overall, the whole thing was sketchy and rushed, and I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. This sounds like a dealership that likes to price gouge customers, and lack honesty. The salesman must’ve thought I was a cretin person, when it came to finances. But I’m glad I found a better malibu at another dealership (Videon Chevrolet of Phoenixville), who were more honest, authentic, and proved me a better interest rate than this dealership.
