My experience dealing with Affordable Roofs & Remodeling was exceptional. Their professionalism, work quality & efficiency is 1st rate. The quote I received was both fair & competitive, and the crew communicated their progress throughout the project. In the end, I couldn’t be more pleased with the new roof they installed, and ultimately repaired after a tree fell on my house. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

We reached out with an inquiry for a quote for a new roof after we noticed some issues with our existing roof. Jen responded to us within the same day, explaining their process and asking when would work best for us for them to come - rather than telling us a time that worked for them and expecting it to work for us. John and Scott came out within the week for an initial inspection, after which they gave us their feedback on what needed to be done and more importantly, why it needed to be done. After their inspection, Jen got us a quote for the services that same day. Scott, John, and Jen stayed in contact with us as we reviewed the estimate and answered all questions we had. They were able to schedule our work in a very timely manner, and when they arrived the day of the work their team was extremely respectful and well-mannered. We forgot to move some backyard furniture out of the way, and John's team took care to move it on their own, and put it back. They saw we had a dog so took extra care at the conclusion of the day to ensure there were no nails or anything that could injure our pup. The job was done within one day and we truly could not have imagined a better experience. We will absolutely work with Affordable Roofs and Scott, Jen, and John for any and all future projects. 5-star experience.

A great experience working with Scott and his team. Professional, responsive, and met they met all their commitments and promises. No surprises or hidden fees. The installation team proactively kept us up to date on the installation progress and any items we needed to be aware of. They did a great job with the post installation clean up and left our property 'better than they found it'. If you don't include them when looking for a new roof, you are doing yourself a disservice!

I highly recommend. They were the 5th roofer I reached out to and the only one to call me back. They called back the same day and repaired my roof very quickly.

I would have never expected to share that buying a roof would be such an enjoyable experience and yet here I am. My old roof was slate and I was putting off buying a new roof for years mainly because I was concerned about cost, especially with how much everything has skyrocketed after COVID. Finally I got multiple quotes. The quote from Affordable Roofs and Remodeling was significantly less than the 3 other quotes I got and was actually slightly less than half of one quote in particular. It was also well within my budget.
Throughout the whole process everyone involved was easy to reach and quick to respond with any concerns or questions. They removed the slate roof and installed the new roof on the house in one day. The following day they returned to do the porches and garage. At the end of the second day after they cleaned up it was as if they were not even there at all, except of course that I had a beautiful new roof.
As the crew was working, John showed me some of the repairs that were necessary either with pictures or directly. Parts of the roof were badly damaged which of course is the reason why I finally went ahead with replacing it. At the end of the project I honestly expected to be informed that it was thousands of dollars more than expected. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that all the repairs only increased the cost a few hundred dollars.
Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a new roof. Oh, and the best part is you get the same 50 year warranty on the roof that all the more expensive companies boast about giving you as well. My next door neighbor who had his roof done a couple years before COVID for the same price has pointed out multiple times the things he likes more about how my roof looks and was done. 5 stars hands down!!!

They installed gutter guards in our home. They cleaned the gutters and took pictures to show us. They also nailed the gutters back where needed. They were professional, kind and cleaned up after themselves. We would recommend them 100%.
