GIANT

I have used Royer Flowers numerous times in the past. Each time the flowers were quite acceptable, except the last time. After giving a review of 2 because the yellow and white roses in a 2 dozen order did not open after 10 days, I was contacted by Royer’s. They sent out a replacement order. This batch opened and made quite a beautiful bouquet of roses for my wife’s birthday. Happy wife, Happy life!

Very nice giant with helpful staff. This Giant has a Starbuck when you first walk in and Chinese Restaurant in the back which is excellent and has great specials. We've ordered from this bakery multiple times and they have been delicious. I've also done Giant Pick Up and Flashfood at this Giant and it has always gone very smoothly and I would recommend for others to use to make life easier and help save money!

Best grocery experience in the area. Everything is available, very rarely out of stock on items. Fruits/vegetables selection is by far the best. Staff is polite and helpful. There's never any staff standing around. Giant direct oftens says out of stock and makes strange substitutions on items that I walk in and find in stock. If that would improve I'd only use online pickup

DON'T MISS SUSHI WEDNESDAY!

This was my "home" Giant for many years. It may not be the best supermarket I have ever visited, but it is definitely your best option in Berks County. With no Whole Foods, Wegman's, or Sprouts - this is the go to place for produce and prepped food.

The real highlight of Giant is half-priced sushi on Wednesdays. There are limited Sushi options out here and I truly believe that Giant probably the best, especially if you factor in price.

We made a Wednesday ritual out of going grocery shopping and getting half priced sushi. Seriously, I believe this is a hidden gem!

Stopped to grab some flowers. They always have a great selection of fresh cut flowers and window sill plants.

I like that Giant has put EV chargers here. Does make me swing by here more often.

My favorite store

Went in for ice cream with my granddaughter and also grabbed frozen yogurt for my wife which is had to get but they had it. Check out was fast and got home before anything started to melt.

Amazing variety of fresh food. I wonder how many millions or billions Amazon will waste in matching that 😂

Just went to this Giant to order a cake. I'm not from this area and I've had bad experiences with customer service at other stores I've shopped at. The employees working the bakery were so polite and helpful. They helped me look through the book to find exactly what I needed, they made friendly conversation, engaged with my daughter. Very friendly people. Next time I need another cake I will be happy to come to this Giant again

I had the best experience I have ever had at Giant this past weekend. Very nice staff. My cashier, Ashley, stood out the most. She was awesome!! Ashley was the sweetest. She was very quick but efficient while making sure to scan any coupons because I had forgotten them. She made me feel so welcomed and made sure that I was taken care of. I love this giant and will be coming back soon!! Especially if Ashley is working.

Very nice grocery, with excellent produce department, meat counter and bakery. This location has 2 aisles dedicated to organic groceries in addition to other organic items scattered throughout the store. This Giant is unique to the Berks County area due to the Chinese take-out (good, fast & convenient) and the in-store Starbucks coffee shop. The coffee shop is very comfortable and attracts a fair number of coffee-only customers; it's a comfortable place to sit with friends and enjoy your sip.

Customer Service here was excellent. Tina and Mariah at Customer service went above and beyond to help me with a Western Union transfer that I was having issues with. Didn't get it resolved. But I couldn't be more thankful to them. They both deserve a raise in my humble opinion.

Best Giant around! Lebanon Giant is junk in comparison! I live closer to the Lebanon Giant but won't shop there. There's a way bigger selection here! The produce is always fresh and there are always plenty of registers open! Starbucks is a nice perk too!

This Giant store is full of nice friendly staff. The store is clean and well organized. The produce is excellent and there is a varied selection. I never found anything out of code like some other food stores.
