I"m reviewing the excellent customer service rep who answered my many questions thoroughly and scheduled an appointment. I haven't even had service yet but was impressed with their preliminary support.
Updating that JP Pest Services checked my house at the appointed time and assessed that we were free of an infestation. This visit was free since there was no need to exterminate, and provided a lot of relief without any expense. I would definitely use this company if I find or suspect that we have pests.

Always knowledgeable, professional, and just plain nice! My home was originally built in 1793, well before modern pest control.
I've been a customer over twelve years now with no plans to change. They've been able to close off entry, educate me, and mitigate any other factors for the little critters. I've met with more than a few employees, none of them have been anything less than superb. I would like to specifically point out Wes Voorhees as an amazing employee. If he's on your site, you're in good hands!

They've always done a good job. Kind employees who explain all they do with no muss or fuss. Took care of a really bad carpenter ant problem about 4 years ago and haven't seen an ant since that time.

From someone who calls herself "bug-phobic", I have to share how absolutely wonderful J.P. Pest Services has been to work with. I have utilized them at our vacation cottage to rectify ant problem and have been so satisfied with their efficiency, professionalism, and knowledge that I added their service to my main address as well. Each service tech they send is as wonderful as the one before, and the nice thing is that they all speak so highly of their experience with the company. I can't say enough about the people, not to mention their quick resolution of the problem!

Removal of a large inactive Yellowjacket Hornet nest when one of the Gilman Office Center Tenants had a leaky roof. Yikes!

When contacting JP Pest or having a technician here at our property, all have a professional and are very knowlegable about the services provided. Highly recommend them for all rodent, pest or other infestation needs.

We have been using JP Pest Services for about two years for mice. They recently came to perform their Home Invaders service for cluster flies and other pests. Compared to a previous service we "fired", they are absolutely outstanding. Professional, thorough, responsive and careful. Highly recommend them!

Hard to tell the quality and value yet, given this was my initial visit, but the tech was super nice and professional. He showed up on time, listened to my carpenter ant story, explained what he was going to do, did his work, and left. Looking forward to peace of mind....

JPPest comes 4x per year, inspecting inside and outside, and setting traps. They are reliable, responsible and responsive. First rate service for twenty years.

Bryant was fantastic! He let me show him the entire home - looked in every crevasse - and was never rushed or impatient. He spent hours taking care to do the very best job he could to take care of our mouse problem. I am so happy that this issue is being taken care of by a competent and caring professional.

I want to comment on how professional Joseph Twardosky was the entire time he was here. Joseph was very informative with everything he was doing and about to be doing. He made sure to point out what he sees and makes sure I see exactly what it was as he telling me. I really like how Joseph shows he really cares about the customers.

The technicians have always been on time, explained what they found and what they did. We always know when they are coming. Great customer service. Truly professional.

Showed up a little past the scheduled window, but called early enough to say they were running behind, which is greatly appreciated. Explained everything. Covered shoes with booties when walking through the house. Very thorough. They will check back in a month and then go to regular maintenance.

JP Pest is a great company to work with when it comes to getting rid of any type of pest control. Have had them for years and the technicians Heather and Damian are just great , they are professional and thorough. If you have a problem they are right on it. Thanks JP for all you do.
